    It's not often that I give Democrats a pat on the back on policy, especially Second Amendment issues, but Gov. Terry McAuliffe certainly deserves a nod with his announcement that he will restore concealed carry reciprocity agreements with 25 states. These agreements were expected to be revoked on February 1 in accordance with Attorney General Mark Herring’s unilateral action on this issue prior to the Christmas holiday.
