A 14-year-old boy was busted this week for kicking a man in the head during a hate-fueled attack in which his pals called the victim a “cracker,” cops said. The teen, who was not identified because of his age, was arrested Tuesday and charged with hate crime assault in connection to the April 14 attack on Roosevelt Island, police said.
