Just days after Illinois Democrats introduced legislation to investigate Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking network and its possible ties to the state, party leaders are now scrambling to pull the bill. The sudden reversal comes after explosive revelations that former President Bill Clinton testified under oath that he once flew Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker on Jeffrey Epstein’s private plane. On March 2, Democratic State Rep. Abdelnasser Rashid of Bridgeview introduced House Bill 5723, known as the Illinois Epstein Files Investigation Act. The legislation was backed by several lawmakers, including State Sen. Graciela Guzman.

The House committee investigating Jeffrey Epstein voted to subpoena U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to testify on her handling of Justice Department files on the disgraced financier. The Republican-led House Oversight Committee voted 24 to 19 Wednesday to issue the subpoena. A Justice Department spokesman didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment on the vote. Republican Nancy Mace of South Carolina proposed the subpoena and it passed the over the objection of the panel’s chairman, James Comer of Kentucky. Mace said the subpoena would require a taped, closed-door deposition under oath and a time had not yet been set...

An ‘Epstein Walk of Shame’ appeared overnight in Washington, D.C., with stickers dedicated to public figures associated with Jeffrey Epstein. On March 1, residents noticed star-shaped stickers placed around Farragut Square, each featuring an image of the convicted s- offender. On the lines of Los Angeles’ Hollywood Walk of Fame, each star on the Walk of Shame mentions the name and designation of a public figure mentioned in the recently released Epstein Files. Every sticker has a QR code, which, when scanned, directs users to the Department of Justice’s website page about the Epstein Files. Some codes link to pdf...

CHAPPAQUA, NY — Former President Bill Clinton denied having sex with a mystery woman photographed with him in a hot tub as part of the Jeffrey Epstein files release and insisted he did “nothing wrong.” During his deposition before the House Oversight Committee on Friday, Clinton was pressed on the racy photo where he was snapped reclining nearly naked in a hot tub with an unidentified woman at his waist. Clinton denied knowing who the woman was and told lawmakers under oath he did not have sexual relations with her, according to a source familiar with his testimony. The photos...

Bill Clinton has issued a blistering statement claiming that he 'did nothing wrong' with Jeffrey Epstein as he slammed Republicans for forcing Hillary to testify. 'I saw nothing, and I did nothing wrong,' Clinton told lawmakers in a historic deposition near his home in Chappaqua, New York. The former president fumed at Republicans for dragging his wife to testify after Hillary on Thursday repeatedly told lawmakers she never met Epstein. 'Before we start, I have to get personal. You made Hillary come in. She had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. Nothing,' Clinton said. 'She has no memory of even...

Appearing Thursday on Morning Joe, MS NOW’s Ali Vitali conceded there are “valid questions” about Bill Clinton’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein — enough to justify a House Oversight deposition. But the only connection Vitali mentioned? “He appears in photos.”Left unmentioned was what ABC News has reported: Bill Clinton was listed on 26 Epstein flight legs — though some were segments of the same international trips. Still, 26 entries in the logs. Not one. Not “a couple.” Twenty-six. Morning Joe viewers would never have known it. Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

With Bill and Hillary Clinton giving their depositions to the US House Government Oversight Committee over Clinton ties to Jeffrey Epstein a man known as a 'financier' I am certainly reminded of those "Clinton Years" of the 1990's. Those years punctuated by financial questions about the Clinton's from the 'cattle futures' windfall for Hillary to the Whitewater project questions surrounding them and those infamous Rose Law Firm billing records. But in the end it was all for nought as a probe of the Clinton's centered on financial wrongdoing descended into the pit of Bill Clinton's illicit sexual relationships and his...

The depositions are unusual in two ways. The first is that Bill Clinton will be the first former president compelled to testify under subpoena in such an inquiry, and the second is that lawmakers from both parties appear ready to grill the couple. ormer Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is scheduled Thursday to give her highly anticipated deposition in the House Oversight Committee's probe into Jeffrey Epstein, followed by former President Bill Clinton on Friday. The depositions, which will take place in New York, come after a contentious negotiation between the Clintons’ attorneys and House Republicans, led by Oversight Committee...

WASHINGTON — The Department of Veterans Affairs today announced a major new step to protect Veterans’ Second Amendment rights. Effective immediately, VA will not report Veterans to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System as “prohibited persons” only because they need help from a fiduciary in managing their VA benefits. This corrects a three-decade-old wrong that deprived many thousands of Veterans in VA’s Fiduciary Program of their constitutional right to own a firearm without a legal basis. After a thorough review, VA recognized that many Veterans had been deprived of their Second Amendment rights without hearings or adequate...

Since its creation in 2001, the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation has raised close to $2 billion from a vast global network that includes corporate titans, political donors, foreign governments and other wealthy interests, according to a Washington Post review of public records and newly released contribution data. The total, representing cash and pledges reported in tax filings, includes $262 million that was raised in 2013 — the year Hillary Rodham Clinton stepped down as secretary of state and began to devote her energies to the foundation and to a likely second run for president. The financial success of...

Hillary Clinton has accused Donald Trump of an Epstein files 'cover-up' - and attempted to downplay her husband Bill's friendship with the pedophile.......But seconds later, the 78-year-old added: 'We have a very clear record we're willing to talk about. What does one do with useful grifters who’ve lost their utility? The Democrats Frankenize them. It’s like ostracizing without the pomp and ceremony. If you’re unfamiliar with the process, you can watch it play out on the Clintons over the next few months. Frankenizing became a thing during the good ol’ days of “me too.” It was an era of national insanity, in which every Hollywood starlet wannabe with two X chromosomes insisted she was a victim of toxic masculinity after taking her clothes off to land a part. The Dems demanded that we believe every woman’s tale of harassment,...

Turns out even a broken clock can get it right twice a day. The New York Times just plastered their front-page with an exposé connecting the sadistic Jeffrey Epstein empire with the politically radioactive Clintons. Following the release of long-awaited files pertaining to the Epstein case by the Department of Justice, Times investigative reporter Danny Hakim took a detour away from his employer’s never-ending Trump bashing to draft a February 8 story that’s sure to make liberal heads spin: “Epstein Files Reveal Scope of Ghislaine Maxwell’s Role in Clinton Circle.” What made this even more impression was it is something...

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is demanding a public congressional hearing about her and her husband Bill’s relationships with deceased sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and his convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell — despite both having already agreed to closed-door depositions. The Clintons caved on Monday to avoid a vote to hold them in contempt of Congress for refusing to appear for depositions as part of the House Oversight Committee’s Epstein investigation. But by Friday, the former first lady accused Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) of having “moved the goalposts” regarding the subpoenas — which were issued last August — “and...

For many social media users, the irony was inescapable. Former President Bill Clinton, whose first term started with the bloodbath in Waco, Texas, and whose second term included impeachment on charges of lying under oath, took to social media on Sunday to weigh in on the leftist violence erupting in Minnesota. And the responses it stirred were scathing.

Chairman James R. Comer said Tuesday the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee would take up a contempt of Congress measure against Bill Clinton next week, after the former president did not show up for a deposition tied to the panel’s investigation of deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Committee approval of a contempt of Congress measure would be the first step on a path that could lead to legal troubles for the Democratic former president, a figure vilified by conservatives and President Donald Trump. Republican lawmakers gathered Tuesday morning in the Rayburn House Office Building as a scrum of TV...
