2:22 President Joe Biden slammed the U.S. Supreme Court for its decision striking down racial preferences in college admissions on Thursday, declaring in the White House: “This is not a normal court.” Biden scheduled a press event to react to the decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, in which a group representing Asian-American students sued Harvard and the University of North Carolina over their affirmative action programs. The court struck down racial preferences in college admissions that could not meet the “strict scrutiny” standards of the Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment.

On a very serious note, can someone with some legal expertise pipe in here regarding the ramifications of Biden's recent comments about voter fraud. If this election goes to the courts, can the comment that Biden made that “we have put together the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics” be used against him legally???? he didn't correct himself, it wasn't said in jest--he flat out admitted to organized fraud. Seriously? The candidate has acknowledged being part of a illegal fraud conspiracy (RICO perhaps). If a hells angel was caught on tape saying they...

Biden was asked about the results from the poll during an interview with WKRC-TV in Cincinnati. “Gallup reported last week 56% of Americans said they were better off today than they were four years ago—would’ve been under the Obama-Biden administration,” the reporter said to Biden. “So why should people who feel they are better off today, under the Trump administration, vote for you?” Biden responded, “Well, if they think that, they probably shouldn’t.” “They think 54% [sic] percent of the American are better off economically today than they were under our administration?” Biden asked. “Well, their memory is not very...

Vice President Joe Biden said in an interview with the Atlantic on Monday that while “terrorism is a real threat … it’s not an existential threat to the existence of the democratic country of the United States of America.” […] “My dad used to say to me, ‘Champ, if everything is equally important to you, nothing is important to you,’” Biden said. “So the hardest thing to do, I’ve found in 44 years, is to prioritize what really are the most consequential threats and concerns, and allocate resources relative to the nature of the threat.” Biden characterized his system of...

Vice President Joe Biden once told Chinese President Xi Jinping that U.S. leaders only support human rights as a matter of political optics, and that this makes the United States no better than China, according to a new New Yorker profile of Jinping. The New Yorker relates encounters between Biden and Jinping in 2011 and 2012, when both were vice presidents of their respective nations: Biden told me that Xi asked him why the U.S. put “so much emphasis on human rights.” Biden replied to Xi, “No President of the United States could represent the United States were he not...

Was it another of US Vice President Joe Biden’s now infamous verbal gaffes when he told American Jews last fall that they will ultimately be safe only in Israel? At a time when Western nations are trying to convince their Jewish populations to stay amid rising anti-Semitism, it seems incredible that America’s #2 would essentially warn his nation’s Jews to flee. But that’s precisely what Biden did while hosting a Rosh Hashanah party attended by senior American Jewish leaders last September. Journalist Jeffrey Goldberg of The Atlantic wrote that Biden began by recounting his first meeting with legendary former Israeli...

A U.S. Islamic advocacy group says that Vice- President Joe Biden, addressing a White House summit on “countering violent extremism (CVE)” on Tuesday, referred to right-wing extremists and supremacists committing violence “in the name of the Bible.” The comments did not feature in Biden’s 19 minute-long opening remarks, televised by C-SPAN, in which the vice-president focused on America as a nation of immigrants, the need for different communities to “see” each other, and for countries to engage with “marginalized” communities. “Biden just talked about the right wing militias & supremacist groups that are violent in the name of the Bible,”...

Today during lunch break during the health care summit, Biden was caught on tape saying this: "It's easy being vice president - you don't do anything." As Bugs Bunny used to say: "What a maroon!" Hear for yourself in this very short clip.
