    BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ)-- A man using the restroom at the Huntington Mall was shocked when he noticed he wasn't getting as much privacy as is typically expected. Barboursville Police Chief Mike Coffey says a young man, only 18-years-old, maneuvered his cellphone under a restroom stall on three separate occasions to video-record the man as he was partially undressed. It was reported at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
