After two months of massive glitches and bugs on the healthcare.gov website, the Obama administration says they met their self-imposed deadline of getting the site running smoothly.
The administration said Sunday the site is now working for just about everyone but warned it still needs more fixes.
Valley Health's health insurance enrollment campaign in Barboursville, WV proved that while the site has improved many problems, there are still kinks that need to be fixed.
During Thanksgiving weekend, Valley Health helped those in need of health insurance sign up at the Huntington Mall in Barboursville, WV. In three days, certified assisters helped 19 people start or complete portions of their applications.
"We're getting them part way through the process," said Laura Casto, a certified assistant for Valley Health.

Bump
How many “certified assisters” does in take to screw in a light bulb?
I have no idea, but it’s pretty dark in here.
BTW, has anyone ever heard of a “certified assister” before? It’s like the first time I heard the term “office of the President Elect”.
"Kinks" like any halfway intelligent hacker can steal your identity.
This thing will pay for itself and put your dog through college too.
“They got 19 people part way through the process!?! Wow!”
That made the news too! Wow!
Well, actually, they didn’t say “working for just about everyone”, they said “a majority”.
Wonder what the certification process is to become a “certified assister.”
Maybe the whole thing is a stealth self-esteem project. Even the biggest loser can look at 0bamaCare and go “Wow, man, not even I could screw up that bad!”

Hah. I just got an image of my mind of someone trying to talk a jumper down and holding up a tablet with the Obamacare website and saying, “See, there are people who are even more inept than you are.”
LOL That’s a good one. I was picturing winos living under bridges or something but you put some positivity in it. I can see Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon using that line but instead of jumping they both fall off the building laughing.
