An Alabama Supreme Court ruling has dictated that police officers can demand ID when approaching individuals. The ruling states that officers are allowed to ask for physical identification if they feel an individual gives an unsatisfactory oral answer. (WDRB) -- Cuqita Boyd got into a minor car wreck while driving to work in January 2022, then was charged with driving under the influence after an officer claimed she didn't follow directions during a field sobriety test.
