Following a furor over how the data would be used, the White House has shut down an electronic tip box — flag@whitehouse.gov — that was set up to receive information on “fishy” claims about President Barack Obama’s health plan. E-mails to that address now bounce back with the message: “The e-mail address you just sent a message to is no longer in service. Election '12: You know a presidential campaign is going south when its detractors have more fun with its website than do its fans. That's the case with AttackWatch.com, the Obama site that's making him a parody. According to the logic of AttackWatch.com — cue "Jaws" music — there's a vast, right-wing conspiracy out there determined to lie about the president and vote him out of office. Drastic steps are needed, and the comically menacing black-and-red AttackWatch website is the answer. Calling on readers to "Get the facts. Attack Watch, a terrible George Orwellian idea to begin with, has gone from bad to horrendous. Just a few months ago, Democrats wailed that Republicans were completely responsible for a “climate of fear” that gets people killed. Of course, it wasn’t true then and it isn’t true now. Regardless, Democrats called for “civility.” Since then, there have been literally thousands of violent things that liberals have spewed, from a Facebook group that calls for the murder of Sarah Palin to union heads calling for a “war.” Now there is Attack Watch, which continues the Left’s move towards violence and chaos....

Mayor Bloomberg warned Friday there would be riots in the streets if Washington doesn't get serious about generating jobs. "We have a lot of kids graduating college, can't find jobs," Bloomberg said on his weekly WOR radio show. "That's what happened in Cairo. That's what happened in Madrid. You don't want those kinds of riots here."

President Obama’s campaign team has trotted out AttackWatch.com, a spooky new Web site that asks followers to report “lies” being told about the president. The apparent point is to drown out opposition to Obama and his policies by encouraging instant cyber-swarms aimed squarely at the critics. Barack Obama's "Obama for America" group has launched a website called AttackWatch. And what this site is supposed to do, ostensibly, it is to provide a place for Americans to snitch on their fellow Americans. Well, to be honest, if I report that Barack Obama is the worst president ever because of his economic, military, constitutional rights, energy, immigration, healthcare policies, then little Obamaites can run to AttackWatch.com and report me. AttackWatch will kindly then provide them all the facts and figures to counter my "attack." Because to Barack Obama, facts are not acceptable, they are ATTACKS! (His emphasis, not mine.)...

Conservatives: I have always been a adamant conservative, but I have lately seen the desperation inherent in the Obama administration as displayed by their new attackwatch.com site. I also have become extremely sympathetic to the fact that he is now being attacked by his own party. If there is one defining characteristic of the Democratic party, it is rigid lockstep conformity to the party message. Since Democrats have now begun to criticize Obama, perhaps they fail to realize that they are breaking their own party's ideals. Friends, let's make sure that Obama knows about these egregious deviations from Democrat Party...
