LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A wrongful death federal lawsuit has been filed against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Explosives (ATF) and at least 10 agents after Bryan Malinowski, who was a director at the Clinton National Airport, was killed in an early morning raid. The lawsuit was filed by attorneys for Maria "Maer" Malinowski, the wife of Malinowski, and alleges "agents chose the most aggressive tactics available" to serve a search warrant on March 19, 2024.
