Obama supporters typically site the birth announcements in Honolulu newspapers as a main line of attack against the “birthers,” who claim Barack Obama wasn’t born in the U.S. This line of attack is fundamentally useless when it comes to the courts and the law, but let’s examine these announcements a little closer. Both birth announcements – from the Star Bulletin and the Honolulu advertiser – report Mr. and Mrs. Barack Obama to be living at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway. Unfortunately for Obama supporters, WMD took the time to research this possibility. Turns out, in 1961 the residence was owned by someone...

Divulged personal documents on arrests, surgeries, colleges In the last 18 years, highly personal information has been published about presidential candidates, including divorce and alimony details, drunk driving arrest records, college grades, urinalysis results, prostate cancer surgery – even details about George W. Bush's hemorrhoid troubles. The media have dredged up medical, military, college and detailed records for Republican and Democratic Party candidates in at least the last five elections. Candidates were subject to intense scrutiny of their health conditions, academic performance and military careers. However, while such private information about other candidates was divulged, more than 440,000 concerned citizens...

A constitutional expert says the arguments over the definition of "natural born" citizen – a constitutional requirement for any occupant of the Oval Office – should be resolved by looking at how God instituted governments and where the person's loyalties lie. Herb Titus, a one-time vice presidential candidate considered an expert on the U.S. Constitution, says it probably was up to the electors from the 50 states or members of Congress to make certain President Obama is a "natural born" U.S. citizen. There is available when Congress votes on the acceptance of the Electoral College results an opportunity for those...

President Obama may be using his political action committee funds to stomp out eligibility lawsuits brought by Americans, as he has paid more than $1.35 million to his top lawyer since the election. Obama for America, Obama's 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America. The grassroots army that some refer to as "Obama 2.0" is still collecting financial contributions. Federal Election Commission records for "Obama for America" show that the lobby organization has paid international law firm Perkins Coie exactly $1,352,378.95 since the 2008 election. FEC records show...

The months of arguments over President Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office – based on the U.S. Constitution's requirement that the cheif executive be a "natural born" citizen – have been fueled both by the president's decision to withhold his original long-form birth certificate, thereby leaving some questions unanswered, and by arguments over just exactly what is a "natural born" citizen. Some argue that since Obama's father was a citizen of Kenya and thus a British subject in 1961, his son's birth in Hawaii that year would have granted Obama dual British-U.S. citizenship. Obama's campaign website admitted as much...

Aug. 10, 2009 Dear Office Of Information - State of Hawaii, I have written the Health Dept. of the State of HI and Ms. Janice Okubo has referred me to your department with the following concerns regarding requests for full disclosure of public records as stated in the UIPA manual. It is my understanding that the State of HI cannot refer to the confidentiality clause known as Exemption 2 of the UIPA manual (as stated below) as a defense in failing to release any requested records for the following reasons: Here is the State statute (p. 26) regarding confidentiality: Exemption...

Dear Mr. President: First, happy birthday. I do hope today is an enjoyable day for you and your family. Coincidentally, I also will be celebrating this week the birth of someone dear to me, my beloved wife, Gena, whose birthday is Aug. 9. Speaking of birthdays, I couldn't help but hear and read all over the news this past week about the fresh attention to your constitutional eligibility and natural-born citizen status. I hardly can believe that individuals are offering bounties -- one for $100,000 -- for any personal witness or sufficient evidence to your American birth. Believe it or...

While Dobbs says he believes that Obama was born in the United States, he's also pushed for more proof — just to assuage the doubters, he says. He has discussed the birther question frequently on his radio show, which CNN does not control. He has covered the question much less often on his CNN show, reporting on it five times since mid-July. During the same time period, the birther issue has come up on 29 individual MSNBC shows between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. alone. John Reiss, executive producer for "Hardball" and executive producer for MSNBC political programming, acknowledged the...

Like many of you, I have been fascinated with all the stories coming from the Birthers crowd. And while they have been discredited and reviled by the MSM, I think they are probably on to something. After all, if Obama's life is so transparent then why aren't there any records available to back up all of his claims? It sure doesn't make any sense to me. So I did a little investigating on my own and think I have finally uncovered the evidence that proves the Birthers are right. But not in the way they thought. Recent evidence has come...

Suborned in the U.S.A.The birth-certificate controversy is about Obama’s honesty, not where he was born. By Andrew C. McCarthy Throughout the 2008 campaign, Barack Hussein Obama claimed it was a “smear” to refer to him as “Barack Hussein Obama.” The candidate had initially rhapsodized over how his middle name, the name of the prophet Mohammed’s grandson, would signal a new beginning in American relations with the Muslim world. But when the nomination fight intensified, Obama decided that Islamic heritage was a net negative. So, with a media reliably uncurious about political biographies outside metropolitan Wasilla, Obama did what Obama always...

There’s a false argument floating around which goes something like this: We should not discriminate against non-natural born citizens by taking away their right to be President since all citizens have equal civil rights. The problem with that argument is that Presidential eligibility is not a protected “civil right” guaranteed by the Constitution to any citizen. In fact, not all natural born citizens can be President. Only those who are 35 years old and have been US residents for 14 years can be President. If being eligible to be President was a protected “civil right”, it would require Constitutional protection...

The supermarket tabloid the Globe features a cover story this week proclaiming Barack Obama's "official birth document" a fake and suggesting the president may actually have been born in Canada. The Globe, known for sensationalism and entertainment scandals, cites reports by unnamed document analysts as claiming the Hawaiian certification of live birth the Obama campaign distributed to select news agencies and websites is fraudulent. The blogosphere has been rife with such allegations for 10 months. It also cites WND's reporting about the changing stories about the hospital in which Obama was born. Despite assertions Obama was born in Honolulu, officially...

Documents uncovered by WND strongly suggest Barack Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham, President Obama's parents, did not live at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway in Hawaii – even though birth announcements in local newspapers listed that address. Both newspapers, the Honolulu Advertiser and the Star Bulletin, carried the announcement about the Aug. 4, 1961, birth. Both included the 6085 Kalanianaole Highway address. But WND has confirmed that the house at that street number was owned and occupied in 1961 by another longtime resident Hawaii couple. Moreover, throughout the time he was in Hawaii, Barack Obama Sr. maintained his own separate apartment...

Basically, it comes down to this. I made a promise to my family get off of here, but continued to break that promise. There is sufficient momentum for the birth certificate issue to where any further research is unnecessary. The fact that Hawaii refuses to authenticate or acknowledge producing the COLB that the libs insist that is real, along with the statements made to me by Dr. Alvin Onaka in late October, pretty much nixes any hope by the opposition that a real Obama 2007 COLB exists. The libs can refute my research all they want, but it's not going...

This document alone raises a big question. It is his registration in the State of Illinois for his license to practice Law. The document has a space to list any other names that have been used. Even though he has used other names, this shows, “None”. The other names he has used, that we currently know are: Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham.

There is power in a firehose message that is consistent, repeated ad nauseum and SIMPLE. "WHY WON'T BARACK OBAMA RELEASE HIS LONG FORM, VAULT BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PUT AN END TO ALL THE MAYHEM?" This is the laser weapon. In corporate america it is understood the best way to make inroads in getting a message 'internalized, imprinted" onto a mass of humanity is to SIMPLIFY AND REPEAT. REPEAT. REPEAT. "WHY WON'T BARACK OBAMA RELEASE HIS LONG FORM, VAULT BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PUT AN END TO ALL THE MAYHEM?" This question is the CRUX of the matter. That is why libs...

I bought the recent issue of the Globe tabloid yesterday that has a huge cover story that the factcheck bc is forged--and I was pleasantly surprised how thorough the reporting was. (The Globe is a sibling pub of same company that publishes the Enquirer i think...seems it is the company's trial balloon mag---they haven't covered the bc in The Enquirer yet) The story goes into the odd, seemingly implausible (but documented) fact that Obama's mom had set up household and was attending university in Seattle 15 days after his alleged birth in Honolulu (O never mentioned living in Seattle alone...
