Remember Jill Stein’s shoddy 2016 recounts? Remember how she raised more for this nonsense effort than for her entire 2016 campaign? She raised over $7 million for this effort, and she seems to be spending it on her staff. Not in a lavish sense, but they told Daily Beast it’s because they’re continuing the recount initiative. A bit odd since Stein promised that there would be a vote on how the rest of the fund raised would be distributed. So far, that has not happened. As liberals licked their wounds, with some still recovering from the shock of Trump’s win, Stein...

Authored by Paul Craig Roberts, This article by Moon of Alabama is not conspiracy theory: Read it carefully. Check out the links. The below theses are thus far only a general outlay... â—¦There is an "elite" coup attempt underway against the U.S. President-elect Trump. â—¦The coup is orchestrated by the camp of Hillary Clinton in association with the CIA and neoconservative powers in Congress. â—¦The plan is to use the CIA's "Russia made Trump the winner" nonsense to swing the electoral college against him. The case would then be bumped up to Congress. Major neocon and warmonger parts of the...

Hillary Clinton campaign is in violation of the 1963 Federal Presidential Transition Act of 1963 Presidential Transition Act of 1963 by tampering with the electoral college Sec. 2. The Congress declares it to be the purpose of the Act to promote the orderly transfer of the executive power in connection with the expiration of the term of office of a President and the inauguration of a new President. The national interest requires that such transitions in the office of President be accomplished so as to assure continuity in the faithful execution of the laws and in the conduct of the affairs...

Obama Goes Off the Clinton Script He more or less concedes that the election wasn’t stolen. Dec. 16, 2016 6:54 p.m. ET Hillary Clinton told her donor base at Manhattan’s Plaza Hotel on Thursday that Russian cyber attacks were both “a personal beef against me” and meant to undermine “the integrity of our democracy,” and Democrats fanned out this week to spread this Kremlin-hacked-the-election narrative. President Obama was asked about all this in his year-end Friday press conference, but even he couldn’t square the contradictions. As liberals assailed the legitimacy of Donald Trump’s victory, Mr. Obama defended “the integrity of...

The recount efforts spearheaded by Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein are expected to come to a close on Monday -- with little evidence that they changed the overall outcome. Stein initially filed for recounts in three states where the final margin for President-elect Donald Trump was narrow: Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. In Wisconsin, the recount is expected to wrap up Monday: officials said Friday that the recount was 95 percent complete, and that it had yielded a net gain of 25 votes for Clinton. And in Pennsylvania, a federal judge ruled Monday morning against Stein’s request for a review...

Green Party candidate Jill Stein’s Michigan recount unintentionally exposed major voter fraud in Detroit. Election officials in Michigan found that 37% of precincts in Detroit tabulated more ballots than the number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books. Hillary Clinton won Wayne County over Donald Trump 67% to 30%. State officials are planning to examine about 20 Detroit precincts where ballot discrepancies occurred. Detroit News reported: Voting machines in more than one-third of all Detroit precincts registered more votes than they should have during last month’s presidential election, according to Wayne County records prepared at the request of...

ANSING, Mich. (AP) — Michigan's elections bureau ordered an investigation Monday into substantial ballot discrepancies in a small portion of Detroit's voting precincts, after the discovery of a polling place where 300 people voted but only 50 ballots were properly sealed in a container. Since learning of the issue last week during Michigan's presidential recount, state officials have learned of similar "significant mismatch" problems at roughly 20 of Detroit's 490 precincts, said Fred Woodhams, a spokesman for Republican Secretary of State Ruth Johnson. He said there is no reason to think votes were not counted and the differences would not...

A lawsuit filed in Colorado by two Democratic electors “threatens to undermine” the results of the 2016 election, says an attorney representing President-elect Donald Trump. The lawsuit challenges a state law requiring electors to vote for the winner of the state’s popular vote. “Of course, President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect Mike Pence have more than enough electoral votes to secure their respective offices,” wrote attorney Christopher Murray in a filing submitted to the court, as reported by POLITICO. “Plaintiffs’ lawsuit, however, threatens to undermine the many laws in other states that sensibly bind their electors’ votes to represent the...

At least 10 members of the Electoral College are asking U.S. intelligence officials for more information on ongoing investigations surrounding President-elect Donald Trump's relationship with Russia. The electors, including the daughter of Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, Christine Pelosi, wrote an open letter to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper asking for the information ahead of their Dec. 19 meeting to vote for the next president. "The Electors require to know from the intelligence community whether there are ongoing investigations into ties between Donald Trump, his campaign or associates, and Russian government interference in the election, the scope of those investigations,...

In a post-truth political sphere, it’s almost impossible to find consensus. Trump won the Electoral College resoundingly; Clinton won the popular vote by millions. Trump’s November 8th coalition comprised as unusual and diverse an ideological coalition as the U.S. has seen; nearly half of Clinton voters thought Sanders should’ve been the Dem nominee. But here are three things all Americans, no matter their politics, agree on: 1. Foreign governments should play no role in the outcome of American elections. 2. No person should ascend to the presidency due to the interference of a hostile foreign government. 3. We have absolutely...

Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein received another defeat Monday morning, in her efforts to force a recount of election ballots in Pennsylvania. U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond said “No,” on Monday, rejecting the case completely. Out of the 6 million votes cast in Pennsylvania, Trump had won over Clinton by about 44,000 votes. Stein had gone after the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.

A federal judge on Monday issued a stinging rejection of a Green Party-backed request to recount paper ballots in Pennsylvania's presidential election, won by Republican Donald Trump, and scan some counties' election systems for signs of hacking. In his 31-page decision, U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond said there were at least six grounds that required him to reject the Green Party's lawsuit, which had been opposed by Trump, the Pennsylvania Republican Party and the Pennsylvania attorney general's office.

Democratic stronghold City of Milwaukee and a few others. Hillary Clinton has only reduced Donald Trump’s lead by several dozen votes in the days of recounting, nowhere near enough to alter the election. Trump won Wisconsin by more than 22,000 votes. Green Party nominee Jill Stein paid at least $3.5 million in donated money for the recount. The latest spreadsheet released December 11 shows that the City of Milwaukee’s totals still have not been fully updated to include absentee ballots, even though the Milwaukee County Clerk told the news media the recount was completed on Thursday, December 8, and only minor...

Michigan’s Court of Appeals ordered the state government on Tuesday evening to undo its previous approval of an election recount requested by Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein. The decision will not interfere with the ongoing recount in the state, however, due to a 2-1 ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit that came out around the same time, according to the Detroit Free Press. The Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit upheld a ruling that U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith issued early Monday morning ordering the recount to proceed at noon that day, and...

Statewide recounts in key 2016 battlegrounds are proceeding in fits and starts -- but doing little to change the math behind Donald Trump's victory. In Wisconsin, one of three states where Green Party candidate Jill Stein has sought a fresh tabulation, the president-elect has even gained on Hillary Clinton. The push for a recount in Pennsylvania, meanwhile, is awaiting a federal court's OK, and a similar effort in Michigan has run into new judicial turbulence. But while Trump narrowly defeated Clinton in all three states, the numbers trickling in look unlikely to call into question the Nov. 8 results. “In...
