Ila Belov, 22, hit the girl during a clash and attempted to play the victim. He was nailed three months ago for the terrifying assault in Dundee, when the girl was aged 12. But his sentencing was delayed again and blamed on issues with social workers. His victim’s mother, who can’t be named, said: “I’m absolutely raging. “This is just a joke. It’s just piling the stress and the pressure on my daughter. “He’s walking about with a smug grin on his face while she’s too scared to go anywhere. “This needs to be dealt with so we can move...

Sales growth at P.&G. has slowed for years as households with lower incomes are increasingly turning to store brands, which are usually priced lower than P.&G.’s products. At the same time, tariffs and rising energy costs caused by geopolitical conflicts have added costs to P.&G.’s operations and its sprawling global supply chain. In response, the company has raised prices and laid off workers. Last year, it said it was cutting 7,000 jobs, or 6 percent of its work force, over the next two years as it looked to reorganize amid the changing dynamics. My experience from emerging markets is sometimes...

The traditional gender gap is losing ground as a key factor in politics to intragender gaps that have emerged among Republican and Democratic voters along the fault lines of masculinity and femininity. This recent development involves differences within each gender, as opposed to the gender gap between men and women, which came to the forefront in the aftermath of the 1980 election between Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter, Men — specifically white men — who see themselves as extremely masculine tend to support President Trump, while those who are weaker in their assessment of their masculinity — or in how...

The enemy is already inside the gates. The propaganda press continue to lie about the fiery riots spreading across France. Both European and American outlets have described the violent insurrections as spontaneous gatherings of students who are upset about dilapidated, overcrowded schools and poor curricula. These descriptions reek of CNN’s attempt to portray Black Lives Matter and Antifa’s 2020 summer of mass arson, looting, and murder in the United States as “fiery but mostly peaceful protests.” The BLM/Antifa attacks caused more property damage than any other riots in American history. What’s going on in France could end up being much...

Bill Harris died of a heart attack at a San Francisco hospital on Sept. 10, his wife, Rebecca Young, told the New York Times on Tuesday. Sally Yates, whose career in the Justice Department spanned about three decades, will lead an independent review on how Cornell University responds to sexual harassment, assault and misconduct on campus, the university announced Tuesday. The decision comes in the wake of national outrage over a former Cornell student’s allegation last month that she was gang-raped and plied with drugs at a fraternity in 2024. New York Attorney General Letitia James is also investigating the allegation. A spokesperson said staff members from the attorney general’s office have “spoken with the Tompkins County District Attorney, Jane Doe’s attorney, and several candidates for...

Human beings tend to be anthropocentric. That is, we often see ourselves as evolution's magnum opus despite the fact that, as biomass goes, we're insignificant compared to plants and other animals. For instance, scientists estimate that there are more than three trillion trees on Earth—a number that even dwarfs the amount of stars in our galaxy. And when you add the populations of the more than 380,000 other plant species, the total becomes mind-boggling. Nonetheless, many of us assume that we're the smartest, most conscious beings on Earth. But what if consciousness isn't a feature limited solely to humans—and what...

A teaching assistant in ethnic studies serves as a unit chair for UAW Local 2865 Unions were always radical, but lately it seems like unions that once represented working people just push woke agendas that have nothing to do with the interests of their members. UAW or the United Auto Workers seems like a prime example. Well it helps to understand that membership growth isn’t happening in the manufacturing sector, but various elite professions which have taken to unionizing in order to virtue signal and expel political opponents. A more accurate name for the UAW would be the UCA. Mr....

We’re in a war between savages and civilization. Everything else is a detail. (The following is the first article I wrote after the Islamic massacres of Oct 7.) Savages We’re in a war between savages and civilization. Everything else is a detail. Some of us woke up to that war when planes crashed into skyscrapers. Others when we saw beheading videos spread across social media. What we saw in Israel, Hamas terrorists raping, mutilating and defiling corpses, is another bloody wake-up call. There will be many others. Beyond the politics and the geopolitics, we still haven’t come to terms with...

A long list of prominent conservatives have referred to leftists and Democrats as dumb, stupid, incompetent, crazy, and insane. In 2007, Ann Coulter wrote the book “If Democrats Had Any Brains, They’d Be Republicans.” Both Rush Limbaugh and President Trump regularly referred to Democrats as “Dumbocrats.” More recently, the leader of the House Freedom Caucus called Democrats “the crazy party,”... Matt Margolis titled a piece in PJ Media this year “Democrats Are Too Stupid to Heed This Warning,”.. Conservatives need to understand that this tactic can not only contradict the more serious messages they’re trying to convey about leftist policies,...

Female Rage Hot Sauce’s second “Hot Dogs for Abortions” fundraiser of the summer brought hundreds of supporters together to raise money for the D.C. Abortion Fund, channeling their anger over reproductive rights into advocacy. The fundraiser, held at Dew Drop Inn on Sept. 17, is the latest iteration of an event that began as a backyard party following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. What started with friends grilling hot dogs and donating at the door has since grown into a recurring fundraiser for abortion funds, raising thousands of dollars along the way. “After the Dobbs case...

"Blessed are those who hear the word of God, and observe it" (Luke 11:28). Obeying Scripture brings spiritual blessing. When Scripture speaks of a person's being blessed, it usually refers to the reception of some temporal or spiritual benefit. It also includes the joy and sense of well-being that comes with knowing that God is at work on your behalf. The psalmist wrote, "How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers! But his delight is in the law of...
