There’s an old joke about people who do CrossFit, and it goes something like this: “How do you know when someone does CrossFit? Don’t worry, they’ll tell you!” If you’ve ever encountered an enthusiastic CrossFitter, you know why this joke is so humorous. It seems that all they can talk about is CrossFit and how it has changed their lives. And to a certain extent it has. It has allowed them to train their bodies to maximum effectiveness. The interesting part is that CrossFit’s success is less about some revolutionary training regimen and more about the positive vision it casts...

President Donald Trump’s upcoming meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping is drawing renewed attention to concerns that Chinese electric vehicles entering North America through Canada could pose national security risks inside the United States. Gatestone Institute senior fellow Gordon Chang joined FOX Business’ Maria Bartiromo on "Mornings with Maria" to discuss tensions surrounding China’s trade practices, energy policy and Beijing’s growing EV footprint ahead of the high-stakes Beijing meeting. The discussion comes as lawmakers push legislation aimed at blocking Chinese electric vehicles from entering the U.S. market, citing concerns over surveillance technology and connected-vehicle systems capable of collecting sensitive data.

Appearing on MSNBC to talk to Lawfare ally Nicole Wallace, wife of New York Times narrative engineer Michael Schmidt – the guy who received leaks from FBI Director James Comey via Daniel Richman, former CIA Director John Brennan notes there are “legions” of operatives still embedded within the DOJ, FBI and CIA who are working against President Donald Trump. This is not a surprise as we have noted the Trump administration continues to take apart the tentacles of Lawfare and Intelligence operatives in Main Justice, various U.S. Attorney offices, FBI Headquarters, FBI field offices and various Intelligence Community silos. Burns, who led the dedication ceremony, posted on X the same night: “Let me say this plainly: this is not a golden calf.” The golden calf is an idol described in the Old Testament’s book of Exodus, whose construction by the Israelites enraged Moses upon his return from receiving the Ten Commandments. Idol worship is expressly forbidden under the Commandments. “This statue is not about worship. It is about honor,” Burns wrote... When that statement drew continued skepticism, Burns followed up on Friday… “Let me be very clear. We worship the Lord Jesus Christ and Him alone. Honor is not...

Embedded short video of terrorist getting 86d. The IDF on Tuesday evening released unusual footage from a daring operation carried out last week by the Golani Reconnaissance Unit and the Egoz Unit beyond the Litani River. The footage shows a Hezbollah terrorist emerging from a tunnel shaft armed with a weapon - and being immediately eliminated by soldiers waiting in ambush above ground. The operation, which was revealed earlier today, is considered one of the most significant since the beginning of the ground maneuver, as the forces crossed the strategic “Litani Line" and operated on the outskirts of the village...

The Democrats have not been sending their best people for a long time, but at least they can avoid the errors an elementary school child makes. Not disgraced Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones, however. As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Virginia Supreme Court overturned the Democrat Party’s rigged gerrymandering referendum last week in a 4-3 decision, ruling the entire sleazy process to sneak it onto the ballot was unconstitutional from the start. This was the latest devastating blow to radical Democrats’ blatant attempt to rewrite Virginia’s congressional maps mid-decade and hand themselves a super-majority in the U.S. House by turning...

Ted Turner helps a biologist release a couple of wolves on his Ladder Ranch, New Mexico, property in 1998.Over the course of his long life, media mogul and philanthropist Ted Turner bought vast stretches of land in Colorado, New Mexico, Montana and Nebraska and managed them for conservation. That work is expected to continue, even after Turner’s death on May 6 at age 87. One of the Turner family’s largest properties, the 363,000-acre Armendaris Ranch in south-central New Mexico, is shielded from development by the nation’s second-largest permanent conservation easement. Two convicted Chinese spies helped Arcadia’s former mayor become a successful SoCal politician — who secretly took orders from Beijing. Yaoning “Mike” Sun and John Chen helped Eileen Wang win office and secretly reported back to their masters in the People’s Republic of China, according to court documents. Sun took orders from Chen as he served as the campaign manager and business partner of Wang in her successful 2022 run for Arcadia City Council. When Wang won her seat, Chen told Sun to send a report to their PRC masters calling Wang a “new political star.” Wang would “go against...

Either NPR is so high on its own ego that it believes it can get support from George Soros-backed groups for its lefty spin-jobs without anybody noticing or it’s so obtuse that it thinks nobody with a skeptical mind will even take the time to look. NPR immigration correspondent Sergio Martínez-Beltrán came out with a dense, 1498-word pro-illegal immigration sob story May 5 attacking the Trump administration for daring to enforce immigration law in Minnesota. “Minneapolis grapples with the impact of Trump's largest immigration crackdown yet,” read Martinez-Beltran’s narrative-twisting headline. He didn’t even bother to wait past the first paragraph...

Today I’m excited to be joined by Nora Bussigny — French investigative journalist and author of the very interesting book Les Nouveaux Antisémites. “The New Antisemites: Investigation by an Infiltrator in the Far-Left Ranks”. After going undercover for over a year inside France’s and, Brazil and Columbia University, most radical pro-Palestinian activist networks, where she posed as a pro-Palestinian activist, — from Palestine rallies to faculty blockades and closed Telegram groups — Nora emerged with a gripping, first-hand account of how anti-Zionism has become the new glue binding far-left, Islamist, and intersectional circles. Her book has become one of the...

In this interview clip, author and journalist Ralph Pezzullo discusses the core claims from his book Stolen Elections with host Danny Jones. Pezzullo outlines an election-fraud investigation that he says originated from DEA-linked whistleblowers (referred to as Gary and Martine) who were probing the Venezuelan Cartel de los Soles—a criminal organization tied to the Chávez/Maduro regime involved in drug trafficking and money laundering.13 The narrative begins with sources inside the cartel revealing details of a voting software system allegedly developed for Hugo Chávez to rig the 2004 Venezuelan referendum. This system, according to the claims, evolved into technology linked to...

The sight of Muslim mobs waving terrorist flags and attacking synagogues, once seen as extreme and verbally condemned by Democrat officials, has now become normalized. After the latest round of Muslim mobs attacking Jewish communities, waving Hezbollah and other Islamic terrorist flags, and besieging synagogues, Zohran Mamdani condemned the synagogue for hosting Israeli events. So did Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso, a ‘Community Organizer’ with the far-left Working Families Party, who had previously run virtually unopposed except for an Orthodox Jewish candidate running as a Republican which was a non-starter in today’s Brooklyn. The normalization of Muslim mob violence...

Several staffers at a Texas elementary school have been fired for allegedly bullying a six-year-old autistic girl and encouraging others to do the same, her father says. Daniel Hall, 37, told KTRK that his daughter, Trinity, was 'manhandled' by a special education teacher and three teacher's aides at Jan Schiff Elementary in Fort Bend County on April 14. Hall said he was not notified of the incident until weeks later, when Principal Tiffany Agina contacted him to inform him that the staffers had been fired. The principal shared surveillance footage with Hall that allegedly showed the unidentified employees abusing Trinity....

Trump heads to Beijing hoping personal ties with Xi can ease tensions but Iran, tariffs, Taiwan and China’s expanding global influence have complicated prospects for meaningful breakthroughs at the summit… Beijing’s deep economic relationship with Tehran, especially its dependence on Iranian oil — has placed China in a delicate position as Washington seeks broader regional support… Trump’s first presidency was dominated by tariff battles with China, many of which reshaped global trade flows even after some measures were later struck down in US courts… While a temporary trade truce last year reduced some pressure, the underlying disputes remain unresolved... This week, the California Assembly passed legislation that would allow the state to keep future high-speed rail bad news from the general public. Assemblymember Lori Wilson (D, dist 11) justified the bill, saying "previous disclosures of the overdue and over-budget project have only served to lower support for the project. The disclosures make the project's directors look inept or corrupt. The expenditure of so much money with so little progress to show for it raises suspicion that, like the state's medicaid expenditures, most of the money was stolen." "Unsurprisingly, Republicans have been using the publicly available data to hammer Democrats,"...
