In this interview clip, author and journalist Ralph Pezzullo discusses the core claims from his book Stolen Elections with host Danny Jones. Pezzullo outlines an election-fraud investigation that he says originated from DEA-linked whistleblowers (referred to as Gary and Martine) who were probing the Venezuelan Cartel de los Soles—a criminal organization tied to the Chávez/Maduro regime involved in drug trafficking and money laundering.13 The narrative begins with sources inside the cartel revealing details of a voting software system allegedly developed for Hugo Chávez to rig the 2004 Venezuelan referendum. This system, according to the claims, evolved into technology linked to companies like Smartmatic and Dominion. Pezzullo describes how the whistleblowers, acting as private contractors, pursued leads post-2020 U.S. election, recruiting engineers and gathering evidence independently after initial outreach to the Trump team.13 Key points covered include:
* Skepticism from Pezzullo and Jones about Venezuelan involvement in U.S. elections, contrasted with the whistleblowers’ detailed accounts. * The Trump campaign’s premature public statements (e.g., Sydney Powell’s “release the Kraken” reference), which allegedly outpaced the evidence-gathering process. * Subsequent efforts to present findings to the FBI and Congress, met with resistance; one high-ranking FBI official reportedly advised the investigators to hide the material and leave the country.13 * Funding support from figures like Overstock.com founder Patrick Byrne and the relocation of sources for protection. * Broader allegations that the software enables targeted election manipulation in key districts through financial arrangements with candidates, with awareness or use by some U.S. political actors.
The discussion frames the story as an allegation-driven investigation rooted in whistleblower testimony and documentary evidence rather than a conclusively proven outcome. It emphasizes the Venezuelan origins of the system, its alleged export and refinement, and institutional reluctance to pursue it. Pezzullo positions the book as a detailed examination of intelligence, covert operations, and geopolitical influences in modern elections.

Still it’s 100% bull****
Here’s a question...
Why do states that don’t use RCV use RCV-enabled electronic voting machines?
Inquiring minds want to know.
At the time people here were saying Venezuela deserves its Socialism because they foolishly voted for it. I was saying that the referendum was stolen. Good to see some evidence support my suspicions.
I was following Venezuelan elections years back and was aware of Smartmatic way back and how it was sponsored by Hugo Chavez and used to control their elections. So I was shocked when American precincts started using those machines.
