Acting US Attorney Ed Martin clawed back $1 million from a consulting firm that overbilled USAID by inflating its employee salary costs. This is one of the reasons why the Democrats and RINOs are stonewalling his confirmation. Per the US Attorney’s Office of DC: Stax Inc., a private consulting based in Boston, Massachusetts, has agreed to pay $1 million to resolve allegations it overbilled the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in claims for salary reimbursement in the implementation of the U.S. Government funded Sri Lanka@100 project. B4U-ACT is part of a growing movement to legitimize sexual attraction to children. An alarming new movement insists that sexual attraction to minors is not a psychiatric disorder to be managed but an identity to be affirmed. Leading this effort is B4U-ACT, a Maryland-based organization founded in 2003 to support pedophiles, or as they call them, “Minor-Attracted Persons” (MAPs). From May 2 through May 4, 2025, the group will host a conference in Ohio to train mental-health providers in “affirmative MAP therapy,” which seeks to help clients accept their “age of attraction” as an intrinsic and valid part of their...

Argentina renewed a $5 billion activated swap line with China for another year, the South American nation's central bank said on Thursday, shoring up dwindling foreign reserves as even more funds from the International Monetary Fund could soon pour in. Argentina has long held the $18 billion swap line with China, though the activated portion for $5 billion was set to wind down by June. The activated line will be renewed in full through mid-2026. Without an extension, the Latin American nation would have faced billions of dollars in repayments in coming months, a headache for libertarian President Javier Milei....

“The job here is to enforce the federal civil rights laws, not woke ideology.” — Harmeet Dhillon, US Assistant AG for the Civil Rights Division. When a claque of deep state shills such as Norm Eisen, Chuck Schumer, Bill Kristol, David Brooks, and Larry Summers holler about Mr. Trump’s attempt to reform a depraved political culture as “an assault on norms,” are you not prompted to wonder what, exactly, those norms might be? Looks like they are describing a colossal matrix of racketeering operations in concert with an epic program of crypto-Marxist mind-[****]ery, mountains of money purloined under color-of-law, swindles...

It’s worse now than in the past. Harvard used to want to keep Jewish students out; now it wants to see Jews destroyed. Yesterday, the news was that the Harvard Law Review offered a $65,000 fellowship to a man named Ibrahim Bharmal to do public interest with CAIR. The only problem is that, before receiving the fellowship, Bharmal was charged with assaulting a Jewish student on Harvard’s campus, an action that earned him a sentence of community service and anger management. Given that his Muslim faith, with its jihadist mandate to kill Jews, drove him to the assault, I don’t...

Harvard University's president hit back at President Donald Trump on Friday after Trump announced that he would revoke Harvard's tax-exempt status. Trump's latest threat to the school comes after Harvard filed a federal lawsuit last month alleging that the administration violated the Ivy League university's constitutional rights by freezing more than $2 billion in federal grants and funding. What To Know Harvard President Alan Garber told The Wall Street Journal that Trump's decision to revoke the school's tax-exempt status is "highly illegal, unless there is some reasoning that we have not been exposed to that would justify this dramatic move."...

This week, Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson condemned criticism of judges who have slapped injunctions on most of the Trump Administration's efforts to implement the policies supported by voters who elected him to be president, calling this criticism "a direct threat to our democracy." "Judges are the 'philosopher kings' envisioned by Plato's Republic and installed by our Founding Persons as the ultimate authority for determining what laws are allowed in Article III of the US Constitution," she asserted in a speech to a conference of judges in Puerto Rico. "Unlike the other branches of government, the judiciary is only...

The Trump administration is starting to deal with the climate/net zero fraud by cancelling government contracts and rolling back government regulations. However, it has not yet addressed the root cause of the climate scam. This is the use of fraudulent climate models to create the illusion of CO2 induced global warming, now rebranded as climate change/extreme weather. Until this underlying fraud is eliminated, there is always the risk that a future administration will resurrect the climate cabal. The climate modelers need to be held responsible for their actions. This includes penalties for damages caused to U.S. agriculture, energy infrastructure, etc....

Russian military-affiliated sources have acknowledged the loss of a combat jet following a Ukrainian sea drone attack near the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk. The pro-Russian Telegram channel Rybar reported the incident late Friday, writing, “Unfortunately, the enemy attack did not go unanswered. Yesterday evening, a Su-30 naval aviation fighter was hit 50 kilometers west of Novorossiysk by a drone boat carrying an R-73 surface-to-air missile.” While official channels in Moscow have not released a formal statement, additional details were provided by Russian propagandist Ilya Tumanov, who runs the well-known Fighterbomber aviation blog. According to Tumanov, the aircraft crew ejected...

She wasn’t disciplined, the school’s attorney insists. The school’s emails show otherwise. A Vermont superintendent and an attorney for a public school that prohibited a young student from wearing a shirt that states “There are only 2 genders” now claim the school did not discipline her, and that it has consistently “[done its] very best to protect free speech in schools.” These officials are using local media to gaslight the Vermont public and the school community. The school’s own emails reveal what actually occurred. Peoples Academy Middle Level school in Morristown, Vermont, repeatedly disciplined thirteen-year-old student “M.P.” for wearing a...

Multiple refineries in California have recently declared their intentions to shutter operations, leaving the Golden State uncertain about future fuel supplies and impacts on prices at the pump. Valero Energy Corp. was the latest to make such an announcement, alerting the California Energy Commission (CEC) last month that it would “idle, restructure or cease refining operations” at its Benicia refinery by the end of April 2026. The Valero notice followed similar news at Phillips 66 in October, when that company said it would be ceasing operations at its Los Angeles-area refinery in the fourth quarter of 2025. Firms are attributing...
