Senior Officials from Attorney General’s Office Witnessed Declaration During Critical Period Before Trump Fraud Trial When New York Attorney General Letitia James signed a sworn legal document declaring her intent to make a Virginia home her “principal residence,” she wasn’t alone. Two senior officials from her own office—including her First Deputy Attorney General—acted as witnesses, raising critical ethical and legal questions about state resources, residency qualifications, and misuse of official authority. These staffers will likely face interviews as federal authorities investigate potential mortgage fraud. This declaration came just 45 days before James launched her landmark civil fraud case against Donald Trump, and would have required her to establish Virginia residency during the trial.
The document in question, a Specific Power of Attorney signed on August 17, 2023, contained this unambiguous statement:
“I HEREBY DECLARE that I intend to occupy this property as my principal residence.”
This was no routine witnessing of a signature. Jennifer Levy—James’ First Deputy Attorney General and lead attorney in the Trump civil fraud case—signed as a witness to the document. The second witness, Sharona Parchment, also works for the AG’s Office. Both listed New York addresses but witnessed a document containing a declaration that could legally undermine James’ status as a New York resident.

She’s not the AG of NY. She’s not eligible to hold the office under New York State law, not that that matters to Letitia James and her fellow cult members.
Jail these criminal grifters.
After a nice tune-up.
She thought she could just go around breaking any law she felt like in order to advance her personal financial and investment goals, and no one would be so mean as to check into it.
Sam Antar is coming after her. She is melting down

Her response? “...and, then, I changed my mind.”
Duplicitous beeyotch.
Did Tish investigate or charge any other borrower trying to get a loan against their NY real estate?
She has the “Golden Negro” get out of jail free card.
NOTHING will happen!!
Sick and tired of this BS.
It looks like Leticia James being a Legal resident of Virginia isn’t eligible to be the New York Attorney General.
And her Top Deputy Attorney General isn’t eligible either after falsifying documents in the New York Attorney Generals Office.
Wow what a web of Lies.
Seems worthy of a Full DOJ Fraud investigation !
Two-tiered justice system.
Laws for thee, but not for me.
Poor Letitia, can’t handle an equation with more than one variable.
“After a nice tune-up.”
Works for me.
“...she thought she could spend years trying to “get” Donald Trump, a goal she campaigned on, and no one would push back in any way...”
She’s right...no one is pushing back. (How old is that referral now?) Democrats would have indicted same day as referral.
NY AG Letitia James’ Specific Power of Atty Aug 17, 2023 DECLARED that
she intended to occupy Va property as her “principal residence” was witnessed by:
<><>Jennifer Levy—James’ First Deputy AG
<><>Levy was lead attorney in the Trump civil fraud case
<><>Sharona Parchment, who also works for the AG.
<><>Both listed New York addresses
<><>both witnesses could legally undermine James’ status as a NY resident.
<><>James was elected on her campaign promise to nail Trump
<><>she never envisioned push back by a president Trump.
<><>James broke laws to advance her personal, financial, and investment goals,
<><>after all, who’d be checking it out?
“I hereby declare that I INTEND to occupy this property as my principal residence.”
.
A Miami real estate attorney told me to sign a document like this one. He winked and said, “INTEND is a weasal-word”...
“After a nice tune-up.”
Calling Andy Sipowicz.
The AG’s staffers will likely face interviews as federal
authorities investigate James’ potential mortgage fraud.
The declaration came just 45 days before James launched her landmark civil fraud case
against Trump, and would have required her to establish Virginia residency during the trial b/c James listed the Virginia home more than 300 miles from her NYC office as her “principal residence.”
“I HEREBY DECLARE that I intend to occupy this property as my principal residence.”
Weasel word.
She can try to weasel it that way, but the declaration seems clear on its face.
She stated she planned to live there, when she did not.
Did those government officials know that she wasn’t going to do that? If I were a government official and the person has foresworn to do something and I sign off on that, am I responsible to ensure they follow through?
james was convinced President Trump would not be reelected.
james had a butthurt wakeup call last November.
