Looks like a GBU-43 MOAB blast, which Israel wasn’t thought able to deliver.
Could be vid from a previous US B-2 drop on Houthis. Maybe a giant secondary blast from stored weapons, but really looks like a MOAB.

I think Yemen is beyond the combat range of Israeli’s warplanes, about 3000 miles round trip. So likely some missile.
