Dear Heavenly Father . . . Hope Everlasting,
Our hope in You gives us the realization that no day is without meaning or purpose for the believer. But for those who do not believe in Your Son Jesus’ Death, Burial and Resurrection and asking for repentance of sin, “Where is their hope? Where is their peace? Where is their comfort?”
We live in troubling times in these United States of America. . .the focus is on the mundane, the trivial, the self-gratifying, the evil intentions. . . when the focus should be on You and Your Eternal Plan for our lives.
Please open the floodgates of truth in this country. Father God, please provide both President Trump and Vice-President Vance the ability to discern Your choice of those who should serve in this administration. We pray for angels of protection around them, their families, those seeking Your Will in leadership, the military men and women, border patrol, defenders of freedom, and Christians standing on Your principles.
We pray Lord for those who have been afflicted by devastations . . . natural and human-caused, as well as emotional/disease related disasters.. . . for those who have lost loved ones and those who must face future trials. Please shower them with Your Love, Protection and Hope. We pray for those who can help prayerfully, physically and/or financially. We come against any evil plans for using these tragedies for ill-gotten gain.
We pray for Your continued uncovering of plots and schemes of those wishing to destroy the very fiber of this Republic . . .a Republic based upon Your conditions for freedom . . .may Christian leaders in homes across America soundly exclaim “ . . . as for me and my house we WILL serve the LORD.”(Joshua 24:15) It is because the true Church and Christians individually have not stood the test of standing on Your Word that we are experiencing the nonsensical and evil legislation and decisions being introduced and passed in government and our court systems. We pray that President Trump and Vice-President Vance will both seek the path You have already planned for them in governing our nation. Please let us never forget those who sacrificially offer and have offered their lives to defend our freedom.
Lord, it is so true, “From early in the morning til late at night, our only hope is You.”
You say in Your Word that You wish none to perish but rather come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9) Holy Spirit take control and fill us with a burning desire for revival and the salvation of souls that cannot be contained.
We pray in the precious Name of Jesus. . .King of kings and Lord of lords. . . Hallelujah! and Amen!
Amen to your prayer for our nation, Lord Jesus, awaken your people, change our stubborn and distracted hearts, In Jesus Name, Amen..!
