“‘But I say to you, love your enemies’” (Matthew 5:44). People tend to base love on the attractiveness and likeability of the one loved. They love the so-called beautiful people, enjoyable activities, nice houses, and sharp cars. That list could go on, but Jesus’ kind of love is need oriented. In His parable of the good Samaritan (Luke 10:29, 36–37), the Samaritan showed tremendous love because he sacrificed his own convenience, safety, and finances to help a desperately needy man. The love our Lord sets forth here is translated from the Greek agape-, the noblest and best New Testament love....

'Border Czar' Tom Homan joined press secretary Karoline Leavitt first thing Monday morning in the briefing room to celebrate successfully securing the border in the first 100 days of President Trump's second term in office. After 99 days, "we have the most secure border in the history of this nation," Homan said. "Joe Biden was the first president in the history of this nation who came into office and unsecured the border on purpose." "It was Biden's awful open borders policy that recklessly allowed over 10 million illegal aliens to invade the United States," Karoline Leavitt added. "America's borders are...

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — First came their much-analyzed Oval Office moment. Next, their subject-to-interpretation hug. The two interactions between President Donald Trump and a sometime antagonist, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, reflect the Democratic governor’s efforts to move past last year’s hard-fought campaign and find common ground with the Republican president — at risk of political backlash. Whitmer, a potential 2028 presidential candidate, shared a hug with Trump as he arrived in her home state on Tuesday, less than a month after she shielded her face from cameras during an Oval Office appearance alongside Trump. It’s typical for a governor...

Farage just said it's time to call a national emergency on illegal immigration. 10,000 young men have entered England illegally this year often from countries that are alien to us. In Runcorn alone (where a special election is being held) he said there are 750 of them being housed at great expense in hotels and private accommodation.

Peskov said Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready for proposals on the issue and that Moscow...

If you are old enough to remember the Vietnam War or to have studied it in school, this will sound familiar. The Fake NarrativeThe political leadership of the United States, President Lyndon Johnson and Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara, wanted to prosecute the Vietnam War with as limited a force as possible. The “military,” knowing that a large force would be necessary, attempted to build the force through incremental, ever increasing troop requests. Ultimately, the never-ending requests and the growing quagmire disillusioned McNamara. The origin of this narrative can be traced to a book titled The Pentagon Papers. The Secret...

Who’s to blame for Shedeur Sanders’ plummet to the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft? Hall of Fame wide receiver Cris Carter thinks it’s simple: Sanders has no one to blame but himself. “You’re going for a job interview,” Carter said about the pre-draft process during an episode of the “Fully Loaded” podcast released Monday. “So, for his job interview, he was so concerned about what his outfit was, his necklace was over a hundred grand. Like, he hadn’t even convinced people that you’re the face of our franchise. Cris Carter had a 16-year, Hall of Fame NFL career....

We ain’t seen nothin’ yet. President Trump celebrated the first 100 days of his second term with a fired-up rally in Michigan Tuesday night — where he boasted that his administration has done more for the country in three months than most do their entire presidencies. “We’ve accomplished more in three months than most administrations accomplish in four years or even eight years,” Trump, 78, declared. “And we’re just getting started.” “Believe me, we’re just getting started.” The president touted his administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration, economic policies and cost-cutting initiatives throughout his 90-minute speech. “Under President Trump, America is...

President Trump signed an executive order Monday that requires commercial truck drivers in the United States to be proficient in English. The text of the order acknowledges the essential role that truck drivers play in the U.S. economy and the livelihood of American people. “Every day, truckers perform the demanding and dangerous work of transporting the Nation’s goods to businesses, customers, and communities safely, reliably, and efficiently,” the order said. Trump designated English as the country’s official language in an executive order in March. In his order Monday, the president said proficiency in English should be nonnegotiable for professional drivers....

A Firefly Alpha rocket experienced a launch anomaly that left a Lockheed Martin satellite in a significantly “lower than planned orbit”, the aerospace company said on Tuesday. The mission, designated FLTA0006, lifted off from Vandenberg Space Force Base at 9:37 a.m. EST, a day after an earlier attempt was called off due to unresolved ground support equipment issues. The flight was carrying a Lockheed Martin LM 400 technology demonstration satellite — a critical test of the company’s next-generation, software-defined spacecraft platform designed for a variety of defense and commercial missions. The mission marked the first launch under a broader agreement...

Rep. Shri Thanedar, who no one had heard of until now, filed seven articles of impeachment against President Trump. He claimed that the President had violated the Supreme Court’s order to return the Maryland dad, Abrego Garcia. We previously reported that Yale scholar Jed Rubenfeld explained that President Trump didn’t violate the Supreme Court order. Shri’s background seems too bizarre to be true. Laura Loomer is researching him and believes he filed the articles of impeachment to get himself out of his $800.000 campaign debt. Archaeological excavations at the ancient site of Megiddo in northern Israel, also known as "Armageddon," have unearthed a significant amount of 7th-century BCE Egyptian pottery, potentially providing the first physical evidence of the battle between King Josiah of Judah and Pharaoh Necho of Egypt, as documented in the biblical books of Kings II and Chronicles.A team of Israeli archaeologists, led by Prof. Israel Finkelstein of the University of Haifa and Dr. Assaf Kleiman of Ben Gurion University, detailed their findings in two academic papers published earlier this year. The unprecedented quantity of Egyptian ceramic vessels discovered at Megiddo suggests a...

People with hearing loss often struggle with the "cocktail party problem." (Photo by StudyFinds on Shutterstock AI Generator) ************************************************************************** In a nutshell * A new brain-inspired algorithm called BOSSA could dramatically improve how hearing aids handle noisy environments. It could help users focus on a single voice in a crowded room, something conventional hearing aids often struggle with. * BOSSA mimics how the brain processes sound, using just two microphones to preserve natural spatial cues and separate overlapping speech, outperforming both unprocessed hearing and today’s industry-standard hearing aid technology in lab tests. * While still in development, BOSSA shows strong...
