DENVER (KDVR) — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said three Colorado businesses are facing $8 million in fines due to “illegal alien employment violations.”
On Wednesday, ICE posted on X that they issued a notice of intent to fine three local businesses for employment violations. The violations were discovered following worksite audits.
The companies that will be fined, according to ICE, are:
CCS Denver, Inc. – Fined $6,186,171 after a 100% substantive violation rate and evidence of knowingly hiring and employing at least 87 unauthorized workers
PBC Commercial Cleaning Systems, Inc. – Fined $1,599,510 for a 74% violation rate and a pattern of knowingly employing at least 12 unauthorized workers
Green Management Denver – Fined $270,195 after a 100% violation rate and identification of 44 unauthorized employees
FOX31 found that CCS Denver, Inc. offers commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services. They have multiple locations. PBC Commercial Cleaning Systems, Inc. offers professional commercial cleaning services in Denver.

This is powerful if they keep going.
Why does the company with the lowest violation rate and fewest illegal employees get the largest fine? Seems weird.

Right. You can’t track down and deport every illegal. But you can deny them employment and government benefits.
Such actions might actually cause them to self-deport.

It does seem weird. Just as a matter of honesty and transparency, the Administration should make public the objective criteria for issuing these fines. It might make sense if we knew all the facts.
Good. Now come to Mississippi and enforce the law with the chicken processing plants. The majority of their workforces are illegals and have been for the last 30 years. Everyone knows it and they openly flout the laws. Enforcement of the law is an open joke.
This is great! Inside of paying businesses to employ aliens, they will be fined if they do.
