Two young girls testifying today in Nevada in support of AB240, a bill designed to keep boys out of their sports. Watching 12-yr-old girls plead with Democrats for equal opportunities and fair sport is proof the war on woke hasn't been won. .... The biggest proof that allowing males in female sports is wrong is that there are no females demanding access to male sports. The woke demand isn't about equality, it's about convincing you that m/f sexes are irrelevant, and if you believe that you'll believe all their lies. ... They always come after the weak first ... An ad from KFC that debuted in the United Kingdom and Ireland earlier this month has prompted hundreds of complaints for depicting what some have interpreted as a mockery of Christian baptism and glamorizing of cultish behavior. The two-minute ad titled "Believe Part 2 All Hail the Gravy," which can be viewed on YouTube, depicts a young man walking through the woods when he stumbles across a chicken. He then encounters a group of people carrying a giant golden egg toward a lake of gravy. A female character then carries the man into the lake, where she dunks him in...

@oleshkomyroslav I am Ukrainian, and I am shocked: Zelenskyy has lost his mind. During peace negotiations, he deliberately behaves rudely and threatens Putin with death. No one who truly wants peace and is engaged in peace talks behaves this way. Listen to what he says: “Putin will die soon, that’s a fact. And then it will all be over. He might be finished before he finishes his failed historical life. And that is what he fears. I am younger than Putin. Bet on me, I have a better future.” These are the words of a deranged dictator who is currently...

People who report being gluten intolerant but do not have coeliac disease may be experiencing gut symptoms unrelated to gluten intake, new research suggests. A study involving individuals with self-reported gluten sensitivity has found that they experienced gut symptoms such as bloating and abdominal pain regardless of whether or not they consumed gluten. Assoc Prof Jessica Biesiekierski of the University of Melbourne, one of the study’s senior authors, said the findings were significant in light of popular blame on gluten as a trigger for various symptoms. Sudan's army chief has declared Khartoum is "free" and that his forces have retaken the capital after nearly two years of fighting. The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) have been battling to oust the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) from a last foothold in the city, although the war looks far from over. In videos on social media, General Abdel Fattah al Burhan is seen walking with troops through the presidential palace, which was seized last week in an important symbolic advance. "Khartoum is now free. It's over. Khartoum is free. Free. Free," he can be heard telling soldiers.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge accused the Justice Department on Wednesday of attacking her character in an effort to undermine the integrity of the judicial system, forcefully pushing back against the Trump administration's criticism of the courts for rulings that blocked parts of the president's agenda. U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell’s comments came in an order denying the Justice Department’s bid to remove her from a case over an executive order punishing a prominent law firm. The Trump administration had asked for the case to be moved to another judge in Washington’s federal court, accusing Howell of demonstrating “a...

Pennsylvania Democrat state senator Lindsey Williams gave controversial testimony at the state capitol on Wednesday while opposing a bill that would ban trans athletes from girls sports. Williams, in prepared remarks ahead of the committee vote on the Save Women’s Sports Act, suggested that female athletes are physically comparable to male athletes, and don’t face biological disadvantages. “I want all girls to know that there are elected officials like me who believe female bodies are just as strong and fast and capable as male bodies,” Williams said. “I want all girls to know there are elected officials like me who...

Senate Republicans had gathered for one of their regular private lunches last Wednesday when Rand Paul commanded their attention. As Senators sipped diet sodas and grazed on sandwiches, the Kentucky lawmaker went through a slide deck with charts and statistics in service of a bold proposal: come out against President Trump’s tariffs. The arguments in Paul's presentation, which has not been previously reported, were not a surprise to his audience. One of the most prominent libertarians on Capitol Hill, he’s a fierce proponent of free trade. But his attempt to corral colleagues against the Trump trade agenda was seen as...

I was speaking with my nephew earlier this evening. He floated the idea that since U.S. District Judge James Boasberg has been assigned the Signal-gate case, President Trump should offer a blanket pardon to everyone on that chat with the reporter being the exception. That President Trump should just do this tomorrow or as soon as possible. The blanket pardons done by Biden is now the baseline. In fact, for every suit the Dems bring up, President Trump should issue a blanket pardon for any and all parties involved. What say you, Freepers?

Former Louisiana Sen. J. Bennett Johnston, a Democrat who chaired the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee and who fought off a surprisingly strong challenge from David Duke in 1990, died Tuesday. He was 92. Johnston, a moderate Democrat who served from 1972 through 1997, was a strong defender of nuclear energy and a mild-mannered lawmaker prone to deal-making in a state often known for populist flamethrowers. His election to the Senate came after he unsuccessfully ran for Louisiana governor in 1971; he lost to Edwin W. Edwards in a Democratic runoff, which nonetheless gave him the name recognition to...

Canada’s prime minister, Mark Carney, has said the inadvertent leak of classified military plans by senior US officials means that allied nations must increasingly “look out for ourselves” as trust frays with a once-close ally. Speaking a day after it was revealed that a journalist was accidentally included in a group chat discussing airstrikes against Yemeni rebels, Carney said the intelligence blunder was a “serious, serious issue and all lessons must be taken”. He said it would be critical to see “how people react to those mistakes and how they tighten them up”.

March 26 (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Wednesday refused to pause a judge's ruling requiring the administration of President Donald Trump to reinstate more than 17,000 workers at six agencies who lost their jobs as part of Trump's purge of the federal workforce. A 2-1 panel of the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the Trump administration had failed to establish a federal judge erred by finding that agencies likely could not fire workers at the direction of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the human resources department for the federal government. The Trump administration...

Despite years of flip flopping on their own reports, National Public Radio (NPR) CEO Katherine Maher told Congressional lawmakers Wednesday — without hesitation — that the outlet is a “nonpartisan organization” free from political bias. Maher testified before the House Oversight Subcommittee regarding NPR’s government funding, working alongside the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to address wasteful spending. When pressed by Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan on whether she believed the outlet was biased, Maher denied ever seeing political bias influence editorial decisions, insisting NPR has remained “nonpartisan.”...... 1.
