The residents of Aubrey elected their officials to protect the town’s identity and future—will they take a stand against this rapid Islamic expansion, or will history remember them as the leaders who surrendered Texas to an unstoppable ideological takeover? Texas is under siege—not by foreign invaders with weapons, but by an ideological expansion that hides behind words like ‘inclusivity’ and ‘community service’ while unapologetically advancing Islam’s footprint in America. The latest battleground? Aubrey, Texas, where the Islamic Center of Aubrey has just purchased 25 acres of land to launch an enormous, multi-phase Islamic expansion project. A common type of diabetes medication could help cancer patients make a better long-term recovery, according to research. Many cancer patients go on to develop heart failure—because of the cancer itself and also due to chemotherapy. But a study shows that a type of diabetes medication, called an SGLT2 inhibitor, may help protect the heart during and after cancer treatment. This is the first time that any medication has been shown to be beneficial in reducing heart failure or heart failure hospitalization in cancer patients and survivors. The medication appears to lower the risk of heart failure and unplanned hospital...

A study reveals that bacterial vaginosis (BV), a condition affecting nearly a third of women worldwide and causing infertility, premature births and newborn deaths, is in fact a sexually transmitted infection (STI), paving the way for a revolution in how it is treated. The standard practice of treating BV as an imbalance (disruption) to the vaginal microbiome means that more than 50% of women get it back within three months after the standard week-long treatment of an oral antibiotic. In their trial of 164 couples with BV in monogamous relationships, they found that treating BV as an STI, with both...

Donald Trump’s tariff policies remain a lightning rod for debate. Democrats are sounding the alarm, warning of dire economic fallout and painting a picture of looming catastrophe. Batya Ungar-Sargon, deputy opinion editor of Newsweek, made one of the strongest, most effective cases yet for former President Donald Trump’s tariffs during the latest episode of “Real Time with Bill Maher.” She broke down exactly why these tariffs are necessary, and by the end, she left Bill Maher flustered. Ungar-Sargon’s explanation couldn’t have been clearer: manufacturing jobs and economic nationalism are crucial for the American middle class. When the conversation turned to...

Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., was mocked by conservatives on social media Friday after he posted a video on X explaining he was getting rid of his Tesla because of the optics brought by Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who Kelly referred to as an "a--hole." Kelly, a retired astronaut, said he bought a Tesla because it was "fast like a rocket ship" but now it feels like "a rolling billboard for a man dismantling our government and hurting people." The Arizona senator and military veteran said it's been difficult driving around in a Tesla knowing the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)...

The Sons of Liberty flag is very meaningful to us, as it’s the flag that inspired the backdrop of our logo. Its origins go back to 1765, when a secretive group of patriots known as “the Loyal Nine” was formed – the group behind the original Boston Tea Party. The flag was then known as “the Rebellious Stripes” and it was banned by the British king, the highest endorsement the Crown could give.

Caleb McCarty went from hero to zero within seconds. The South Carolina State forward committed a brutal blunder late in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference tournament final against top-seeded Norfolk State, costing his team a potential shot at an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. With second-seeded SC State trailing 65-63, McCarty capitalized on a Norfolk State turnover on an inbounds pass, scoring a layup to tie the game at 65 with 10.6 seconds left. It gave Ings two free throws as a complete gift. He subsequently hit one of the two, giving Norfolk State a 66-65 lead with 8.9 seconds...

Pennsylvania Democratic Sen. John Fetterman blamed former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi after the Democrats were walloped in the 2024 elections. During an interview with Politico, Fetterman went after Pelosi when asked if he thought President Joe Biden should have dropped out of the race after the terrible debate with Donald Trump. “People like [Nancy] Pelosi, she really tried to — what’s the word I’m looking for? — she embraced this ‘she’s the godmother, she’s the enforcer.’ And now she’s blaming Biden,” Fetterman said, holding nothing back while blaming Pelosi for trying to pull power moves. “Well, you can’t have it...

People who take over-the-counter pain relievers after a concussion may recover faster than those who do not take pain relievers, according to a preliminary study. The study does not prove that pain relievers improve recovery after concussion; it only shows an association. The cohort study was conducted by the NCAA and US Department of Defense CARE Consortium and looked at NCAA athletes and military cadets who had concussions. A total of 813 people took over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs after their concussion and 848 people did not take any pain relievers. Columbia University is just the start of a long-brewing backlash. On Monday of this week the Trump administration's Department of Education put 60 schools on notice that they will lose federal funding if they don't do more to crack down on antisemitism on campus. “The Department is deeply disappointed that Jewish students studying on elite U.S. campuses continue to fear for their safety amid the relentless antisemitic eruptions that have severely disrupted campus life for more than a year. University leaders must do better,” said Secretary of Education Linda McMahon. “U.S. colleges and universities benefit from enormous public investments funded...

After the Romanian government and judiciary conspired to rig an election that was set to be won by conservative, anti-Globalist Călin Georgescu, chaos erupted in the capital Bucharest and other cities. But if one thinks that Romanians ‘sovereigntists’ were just going to lay back and complain, he’d be very wrong. Georgescu and his movement have thrown their support behind the candidacy of MP George Simion. After our latest discussion w/ @CG_Romania, I decided to submit my candidacy as President of #Romania. Our sovereignist movement continues with the full support of Călin #Georgescu. There is only solution: national unity! God help...

New research finds that eating two cups of mango, just about 100 calories-worth, daily may help lower insulin concentration levels and improve insulin sensitivity in adults who are overweight or obese with chronic low-grade inflammation. The study, conducted on 48 adults aged 20–60, examined how eating fresh mangoes compared to a calorie-matched control food—Italian ices (a frozen, sweetened dessert similar to sorbet)—affected inflammation and insulin sensitivity in overweight and obese adults with low-grade chronic inflammation. The results showed that participants who ate mangoes experienced significant reductions in insulin resistance, as measured by the Homeostasis Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance (HOMA-IR)....
