Update From Bucharest: After Deep-State Cancelled Romanian Elections and Blocked Favorite Georgescu From Running, Right-Wingers Gather Around Candidacy of George Simion

After the Romanian government and judiciary conspired to rig an election that was set to be won by conservative, anti-Globalist Călin Georgescu, chaos erupted in the capital Bucharest and other cities.

But if one thinks that Romanians ‘sovereigntists’ were just going to lay back and complain, he’d be very wrong.

Georgescu and his movement have thrown their support behind the candidacy of MP George Simion.

After our latest discussion w/ @CG_Romania, I decided to submit my candidacy as President of #Romania.

The question is everyone’s minds now is: will Romanian establishment thwart Simion’s candidacy too? So far, they haven’t.

Romania’s electoral bureau announced the decision in a statement on Saturday.”

First ruling of the Court: I was admitted to run for the presidential elections.

But we have to wait for the FINAL confirmation until TUESDAY and see if #Romania returns to #democracy.

Simion, leader of the second-largest party in Parliament, bowed out of the presidential election in support of Georgescu, but restarted his candidacy after Georgescu was barred from running in the May vote.

She’s NOT going to hide. She’s proud of her role and contributions to this. She and her cohorts are working hard to continue/expand war and they revel in their European globalist allies suppressing the European peoples’ actual choices.

Yes, NATO, Nuland and the rest of the Deep State are to blame.

Georgescu warned Romanians about NATO building their largest European Military base on Romanian soil near the Black Sea, about 186 miles from Odessa. He’s afraid this base will put a target on the backs of Romanians because NATO will use it as a springboard for launching a war against Russia.

For this reason, Georgescu was blocked from the May presidential elections.

Here’s a statement he made in an interview with former US Navy Seal Sean Ryan. A video recording of the conversation was posted by Georgescu on Facebook (banned in Russia; owned by Meta Corporation, recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation) and on the website of the Romanian TV channel Digi 24.......

“Is the international community pretending not to see what is happening in Romania, or is there a direct interest in using Romania as a detonator for a dangerous precedent? - He said. “No one has the right to play with peace and democracy!”

“What is happening now in Romania, and the fact that there is no reaction abroad, especially in the United States, shows that they do not understand what is happening here, because if they use Romania as a gateway to enter the war... What’s next? We don’t need a war.”

“So this is a NATO base ...It will be used to launch a major offensive in Russia,” Ryan said. “That’s the word: the offensive. We cannot agree with this. Because it’s none of our business. This is not our war,” Georgescu replied. “Romania is being pushed to join the war.”
