The Crew 10 Dragon capsule caught up with the International Space Station and moved in for a textbook docking early Sunday, bringing four fresh crew members to the lab and clearing the way for the Starliner astronauts to return to Earth after nearly 300 days in space.
>>>
Now that Crew 10 has arrived, Hague, Gorbunov, Wilmore and Williams will help familiarize their replacements with space station operations before undocking and returning to Earth next week with a splashdown in the Gulf near the coast of Florida. NASA announced on Sunday it was targeting Tuesday for the return journey, with undocking scheduled for 1:05 a.m. ET and splashdown at around 6 p.m.
>>>
If all goes to plan, Wilmore and Williams upon landing will have logged 286 days in space since launch last June. While a long flight by any standard, it's still well short of the U.S. record for a single flight — 371 days — set by astronaut Frank Rubio in 2022-23.
>>>
Given Williams' two previous stays aboard the space station, she will move up to No. 2 on the list of most experienced U.S. astronauts with around 570 days in space overall, depending on the actual launch date. Only former astronaut Peggy Whitson has more time aloft among U.S. astronauts: 675 days over four flights.

The msm finally covered this good news.
I’ll bet those stranded astronauts left Earth domocrats and return Republicans.
😆🤪🤔
For me, I’ll be waiting until they arrive back on earth healthy, and not just alive.
There are so many on the left who would like to see them die just to put mud on Elon’s name.
I’m not kidding. These people don’t GAS about helpless preborn children. They sure won’t GAS if 4 souls die on the Dragon. It would be joy for them.
What Gulf!? Say the name of the Gulf!! Say the name!! Say it!!
Boeing and NASA weren’t up for the job.
I watched this last night on CSPAN, it was so great seeing the latch finally open(Who knew it takes that long to open a latch I learned a lot last night) and all the astronauts came together and hugged it was really sweet all seem like good folks, they are heroes God Bless them all
They all look in tip top shape to me, the lady with the hair flying all over the place she seems to be the chatterbox among the group
I love watching space launches. They seem to be happening at a quicker pace, and it’s not just SpaceX. There are many private space companies.
Exciting times!
in the Gulf near the coast of Florida
Yeah that gulf over there.
🤨
Wilmore and Williams don’t look well.
Glad they’re coming back tuesday.
Unless they get stuck up there also.
One of the new crew was wearing an alien mask - hilarious.
You are absolutely correct.
Yeah I saw that and I said “Wait is that Carville what is he doing in space”
Yes good catch.
They also refused to mention SpaceX in the title and the body of the article, except in quotes where they’re mentioned.
Just a bit of EDS slipping into CBS news. So much for objective reporting. 😆
It was the head guy on the old crew, Hague I think his name is.
Space Fresh???
Does that come in a spray bottle?
