The shooter who allegedly killed four people and wounded nine others at a Georgia high school on Wednesday has been identified as 14-year-old Colt Gray, authorities said. Gray opened fire at Apalachee High School in Winder shortly before 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director Chris Hosey told reporters Wednesday afternoon.
