The FBI is investigating the Trump rally shooting in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, as an act of domestic terrorism and an assassination attempt on former President Trump. The suspect, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was a lone actor in the attack, which killed one spectator and critically injured two others. Robert Wells of the FBI's National Security Branch confirmed the investigation into Crooks' motive is ongoing. FBI Special Agent Kevin Rojek stated the AR-style 556 rifle used was bought legally.

Three men have been arrested after breaking into a Fiesta Mart grocery store that was without power in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl. Dorian Young, 33, Brandon Marsh, 34, and Samuel Austin, 25, have been charged with felonies, including burglary of a building.
