EXETER, N.H. — Brendan DuBois, a 64-year-old New England man who is an award-winning American fiction and suspense writer, was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of child pornography, according to Exeter police. Exeter police said they opened an investigation into DuBois in March, working in conjunction with the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce. Police said a search warrant was later executed, and an arrest warrant was issued for DuBois, a town resident. Police said DuBois turned himself in to the Exeter Police Department on Wednesday.
