Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy argued that no matter whether the Democrats or Republicans come out on top in the November presidential election, Russian President Vladimir Putin will "hate" them either way.
"[President] Biden and [Donald] Trump are very different. But they are supportive [of] democracy, and that’s why I think Putin will hate both of them," he said Tuesday night, speaking from the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute, just one block from the White House.
"He doesn't love America. And he hates Ukraine," he said. "Because he hates democracy."

The problem is Biden cannot make the strong decision, which is to tell Zelinski no more money, time to make peace and end the civil war immediately.
So Mr.Z as it seems to no longer be any sort of obstacle..

Putin diesn’t hate Ukraine. He loves Ukraine, and that’s why he wants to take it over.
Putin doesn’t hate America or Europe. He wants them too. He’d like to rule the world.
Putin hates Trump and Biden, but only because they’d get in the way of Putin taking over the world.
Xi of China is like Putin, so, Putin would also hate Xi, since they’d both be competing to take over the world.
But, Putin shouldn’t be hating Biden or any democrat, since Putin and democrats think alike. Democracy is not in the minds of democrats, and Putin doesn’t like democracy either.
But, with Kamala, Putin would have a very easy time rolling over Ukraine and Europe and the world. Putin should love Kamala, and Kamala should love Putin. Not romantically of course, since I’m sure Putin has better taste in women.
So do Democrats.
Russia will not recoginse him as president, in part because he broke Minsk I & II, and the Istanbul Agreement, and in part due to martial law and suspended elections.
He may as well sign the death warrant for 18 year olds and step down. But he addicted to living his dream life paid for by the EU and USA. Even his salary comes from US monies which pay all civil servants and military personnel.
All Trump needs to do is stop paying Ukraine government salaries.
