Emmy-winning actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus said that political correctness can be “fantastic,” brushing off concerns on the controversial topic raised by former co-star Jerry Seinfeld. During her interview with The New York Times, Louis-Dreyfus said having an “antenna” about sensitivities is not a “bad” thing, and that while she gets those who grumble about political correctness, she sees those complaints as a “red flag.” “If you look back on comedy and drama both, let’s say 30 years ago, through the lens of today, you might find bits and pieces that don’t age well,” she told The Times during an interview published...

Joe Biden has gone viral after a video captured him calling a supporter a “lying dog-faced pony soldier” while reluctantly autographing the man’s baseballs and accusing him of planning to sell them on eBay. The clip begins with the man saying: “Sir, I voted for you.” Biden responds: “Really?” The man replies: “You can’t sign with my name on it?” Biden quips: “You are lying.” The...

The overlapping roles are under scrutiny as the president distances himself from his family’s dealings. For years, Joe Biden shared a bookkeeper with his son, Hunter. He also shared a personal lawyer with his brother, Jim. And when Jim Biden wanted to know more about one of Hunter Biden’s associates, he hired the former head of Joe Biden’s Secret Service detail to investigate. Since 2019, Joe Biden has repeatedly distanced himself from his family’s business dealings, saying that he has never so much as discussed them with his relatives or with anyone else. But House impeachment inquiry interviews, public records...

In European Parliament elections Sunday night, the far right surged in nations including Germany and Austria, but nowhere with more impact than in France. The far-right National Rally there clobbered the ruling centrist coalition, so much so that French President Emmanuel Macron called for snap legislative elections. His bet: That voters may be angry at him, but are not truly prepared to allow the pick of Marine Le Pen — the fiery doyenne of French nationalist, euroskeptic, anti-immigration politics — to head a new French government. It’s a bet that may exact a high price.French President Emmanuel Macron called for a...

A Reform UK candidate claimed the country would be "far better" if it had "taken Hitler up on his offer of neutrality" instead of fighting the Nazis in World War Two. Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle want to protect the state’s Israeli financial holdings despite mounting public pressure to cut ties amid the ongoing war with Hamas. Sens. Nothing democrats do or say or try is stopping Trump. They're willing to rip up the Constitution and tear apart the country to do it. Nothing is working. They tried a fake dossier in 2016. They stole the election in 2020 by creating a false narrative about Hunter Biden's laptop. They concocted a scheme in New York City that's so confusing no democrat can really tell you what happened. They got their conviction after a handpicked Trump hating democrat donor judge guided a jury to convict Trump and made sure his daughter would continue to profit from the trial. And...

Jackson, Wyo. — A large chunk of a twisting mountain pass road collapsed in Wyoming, authorities said Saturday, leaving a gaping chasm in the highway and severing a well-traveled commuter link between small towns in eastern Idaho and the tourist destination of Jackson. Aerial photos and drone video of the collapse show the Teton Pass road riven with deep cracks, and a big section of the pavement disappeared altogether. Part of the guardrail dangled into the void, and orange traffic drums marked off the danger area. The road was closed at the time of the collapse.
