CVS Health Corporation settled with nurse practitioner Robyn Strader after she sued the company after it stopped providing religious accommodations regarding “pregnancy prevention services.” Strader said she had been granted a religious exemption for six years permitting her to not prescribe contraceptives, and filed the lawsuit in January 2023 after having been fired following the policy change in 2021, according to the press release. First Liberty Institute, which represented Strader, announced Monday that CVS had agreed to a settlement of which the terms “were not made public.” “We are thrilled that Robyn was able to reach a resolution with CVS,”...

In the 24 hours after the unexpected death of the Islamic Republic’s president, Ebrahim Raisi, the following things happened: the BBC published a headline about his “mixed legacy,” the UN flew its flag at half-staff to honor him, and the U.S. Senate chaplain offered a prayer for him on the Senate floor. Such morally bankrupt responses would shock Iranians who launched fireworks in cities across the country after his death, took to social media to celebrate it, and handed out candy in the street. The question is whether the people celebrating on social media, and the ones keeping their disgust...

The Biden administration has already put a dozen pro-life Americans in prison for protesting abortion, but that’s apparently not enough for Biden and the radical abortion activists in his administration. The Justice Department on Monday filed suit against two pro-life groups and several pro-life advocates on Monday by falsely claiming their abortion protests are intimidating and somehow violate the bogus FACE law that limits the free speech rights of pro-life Americans. Biden’s cronies accuse them of “intimidating” abortion customers at two abortion businesses in Ohio. Biden officials claim the two groups, Citizens for a Pro-Life Society and Red Rose Rescue,...

Most of the aid being delivered to Gaza via the new “floating pier” constructed by the U.S. military is being stolen, according to reports. The pier, announced by President Joe Biden in his State of the Union address, was completed last week, and the Pentagon said Tuesday that 569 metric tons of aid had been brought ashore thus far. However, the Pentagon is unable to say how much, if any, of that aid has actually reached the organizations that are supposed to distribute it, as reports have emerged of Palestinians simply seizing aid from the back of delivery trucks.

(DCNF)—George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said he was concerned about jury instructions related to intent which could allow the 12 members to use a lower standard of proof to convict former President Donald Trump. New York Judge Juan Merchan, attorneys with the office of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and Trump’s lawyers met Tuesday to discuss what instructions would be given to the jury after former legal adviser to Michael Cohen, Bob Costello, finished his testimony. Turley expressed his concern to Fox News host Neil Cavuto, citing Merchan’s pattern of granting Bragg’s prosecutors leeway. “The government is arguing...

1 Corinthians 1:10 (King James Version) Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. Is the Samestream Media going to say an assassination attempt is a step too far in the land of the free? Of course not, they have to cover for the Deep State since they are an important piece of the brainwashing and control of the average America as well as...

This article might be the most controversial and incendiary but most accurate ever written in the last 120 years regarding the Islamic belief system. All I request from our readers is to judge its contents not based on emotions or perceptions but entirely upon its accuracy grounded upon the Islamic scripture and sources. 20% of humanity is Muslim, and 80% is none Muslim. Both Sunnis and Shia Muslims are the enemies of 80% of humanity, whom they call Kuffar/Infidels. Among the 20% of Muslims, 85% are Sunnis and 15% are Shia. Each considers the other Kuffar. Therefore, according to Islam,...

For the left, to be accused is to be convicted: if someone is charged with transgressing against one of the left’s dogmas, he or she must be destroyed. The charge doesn’t have to be proven. This is because the left’s objective is not, contrary to its arrogant claims, to bring about a society of justice and equity. The left’s objective is to terrify the populace into submission and, above all, to preserve and protect its own counterfactual narrative, which is the basis of its power. Those whose lives are destroyed in the process are just collateral damage. A case in...

I will begin with a couple of paragraphs about Eurovision, the annual international song contest that I wrote about here the other day, but rest assured that this is not going to be another essay about that fatuous event, which, as I strove to point out in that earlier piece, is virtually worthless as a cultural offering but, as a social barometer, can provide fascinating insights. As I noted, the continent’s anti-Semites and Hamas-lovers were outraged at the refusal of Eurovision authorities to ban Israel, a longtime participant, from this year’s competition because of its current actions in Gaza, which...

Taking away his best friend was a cold-blooded thing to do. An upstate New York man who kept a 750-pound pet alligator in his house is an emotional wreck after government agents hauled his pal away – and he sees the same heartbreak in Albert’s scaly face. “I know his look, and that happy face that you see is not there no more,” an emotional and sleepless Tony Cavallaro told The Post. “He looks very lost and very distraught. Cavallaro raised Albert since he was a hatchling 34 years ago, an elaborate pen in his home to house the gator....

It’s curious that, as parents around the country unite against the wicked “trans” agenda directed toward our kids, quite a few are willing to accommodate homosexual identities. “I have no problem with someone who’s gay,” I heard one mom say. “It’s the gender mutilation that we need to fight.” Agreed, that needs to stop, but doesn’t she understand that the fight to normalize “LG” and “B” is where the push for “T” began? They are intimately connected and that’s why they stand in unity: “LGBTQ.”

Last week several Congresswomen went toe-to-toe in an exchange of insults during the House Oversight and Accountability Committee Hearings. The pugnacious Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) took on Democrat firebrand Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas), with Brooklyn Dem Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, an aggressive interlocutor, piling on.This unseemly brawl is a litmus test for how we think about the state of our government and how it should work. Many people see such vulgar exchanges of harsh rhetoric and personal attacks as a failure of our system of partisan faction who sacrifice the good of the public to their parochial ideological interests, instead of “reaching across...

A pro-transgender campaigner and women’s rights activist stunned listeners after revealing she has decided to stop supporting trans rights after being raped and beaten at the hands of a transgender 'woman.' The woman, known as ‘Kay,’ recalled her experience at an Oklahoma Let Women Speak event. “Up until that point I was like everybody else, live and let live,” she said with her voice shaking.

Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.), a member of the Judiciary Committee, introduced resolution to censure U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel Alito after an upside-down flag was reportedly displayed on his home after the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot. “Beyond poor judgment, Justice Alito’s misuse of the American flag is a knowing and shameless demonstration of his political bias. He literally flew a flag in front of his house showing the world he supported the January 6th insurrectionists. What’s more, he continues to participate in litigation directly related to the 2020 election and the Insurrection, in direct violation of the federal...

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – We are now in alligator mating season, so that means you can expect to see more reptiles out and about. For one local woman, that meant a sighting a little too close for comfort. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office released a video (watch it below) showing Officers Kopp and Johnson removing a small alligator from the 104-year-old woman’s home near Atlantic Boulevard and Art Museum Drive. The officers had a little fun taking the gator away, saying, “We can’t cuff him” and then telling the gator they were going to “take him downtown” so he could “leave the...
