And, she talked about how they were preparing her for death. However, because of "right to try" she's...

President Joe Biden has overseen a record-breaking level of illegal immigration at the United States-Mexico border — a large portion of which is being released directly into American towns and cities. From February 2021 through January 2024, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data shows that more than 7.2 million illegal aliens have arrived at the nation’s porous southern border. Thus far in Fiscal Year 2024, with only four full months completed, nearly a million illegal aliens have crossed the southern border. In Fiscal Year 2022, Biden broke records by overseeing close to 2.37 million illegal aliens at the border, and...

Officials of Nassau County, New York, are bucking the liberal establishment of the state after moving to place a ban on men competing as women in the sports facilities the country controls. County Executive Bruce Blakeman says the ban is intended to protect the integrity of women’s sports. “What we are saying here today with our executive order is that if a league or team identifies themselves or advertises themselves to be a girls or women’s league or team, then biological males should not be competing in those leagues,” Blakeman said, according to WLNY-TV.

Today I offer a news story about a multi-billion dollar theft by government fiat of the Mesquite gold mine reserves that geologists then estimated to be worth between $40 to $100 billion in gold. I haven't investigated to see what the ultimate value was, but if anyone is interested let the rest of us know. This was originally posted by Jim Robinson on April 29, 1998. Free Republic was still in its infancy, and I was a newbie who joined the forum just two Months earlier. I would like to say I remember this, but I don't. It's another...

Canadian serial killer Robert Pickton has become eligible for day parole. The 74-year-old was convicted for the murders of six women in December 2007, receiving a life sentence with no chance of parole for 25 years. He was also charged in connection with 20 other murders, with DNA evidence linking additional missing women to his pig farm in Port Coquitlam, B.C., but the charges were stayed because Pickton was already serving the maximum sentence. He has been linked to possibly murdering up to 49 women and feeding their remains to his pigs. On Wednesday, families of the victims held a...

Braswell, 37, allegedly delivered court paperwork infused with liquid fentanyl, cocaine and PCP to Kamagate, a 37-year-old Rikers inmate, at Staten Island’s Supreme Courthouse in hopes of the drugs reaching the Big Apple jail.

Note, however, that no mainstream fact-checking organization or misinformation watchdog group is springing into action to correct their claims. Liberal news outlets reported on the interview—The Huffington Post cheered Pelosi for putting Trump "on blast"—without calling it into question whatsoever. It's very telling what gets counted as misinformation and what doesn't. Pelosi was, until very recently, the third-most-powerful Democrat in Washington, D.C., yet her brand of conspiracy theorizing received little pushback. Psaki certainly didn't do her part.

Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) takes a 10-point lead over Republican Senate candidate Kari Lake in a new head-to-head poll, the result of Arizona’s electorate “steering away from the MAGA brand.” The new poll from Noble Predictive Insights (NPI) finds in a two-person race, Gallego leads Lake, 47% to 37% among likely voters with 16% of voters unsure. Gallego, the likely Democratic nominee, and Lake, who is the front-running Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, are competing for Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ)’s seat. Sinema left the Democratic Party a little over a year ago to become an independent.

On Thursday’s broadcast of “CNN This Morning,” Biden Campaign Co-Chair Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) stated that President Joe Biden’s student loan program “is not giving anybody’s money away” because the people who got “forgiveness” “have already paid back” their loans. Clyburn said, “I think we need to explain to people what is going to happen going forward. It’s one thing to eliminate the loan, the debt that’s already been accumulated. What they did yesterday, about 1.5 billion, that’s added on top of the 137 billion that has already been forgiven. Going forward, every two months, for the next four years,...
