Third Way has already pointed out that a super PAC called American Values 2024 wants to work on getting Robert F. Kennedy's name on the ballots of all 50 states. Attorneys from the powerhouse Democratic election law firm Elias...

All those obnoxious pharmaceutical commercials that get laced into just about every television and cable “news” program that airs in the United States these days might seem like they are simply about selling more drugs and getting people hooked, but Big Pharma’s true agenda is actually much more sinister than that. Former pharmaceutical industry insider Calley Means spoke to Tucker Carlson recently about what he described as an “open secret” within the pharmaceutical industry. In essence, Means says that Big Pharma is buying the media with all those ads, which allows the drug industry to control what gets broadcasted on...

The Department of Education is, like many of the departments in the federal government, a waste of time, money, and an intrusion on local control. It doens't have many good reasons for its existence and, if we're being honest, acts more as a vanity project that administrations can use to say they're doing something new and good for the kids. It should rightfully be destroyed and that's what Kentucky's Thomas Massie is trying to do. On Wednesday, Massie announced on X that he introduced H.R. 899, a bill that would obliterate the DoE. "I introduced a bill to end the...

West Virginia's Republican-supermajority House of Delegates overwhelmingly passed legislation Wednesday to narrow the definitions of gender that Democrats label as a dystopian bill that would give women no additional rights and is a way for the GOP to suppress transgender people. The bill passed on an 87-12 vote and now goes to the GOP-dominated Senate. "I cannot believe we're doing this on Valentine's Day," said Democratic Del. Kayla Young, of Kanawha County. The legislation says "equal" does not mean "same" or "identical" with respect to equality of the sexes. It would define in state statues and official public policies that...

Even if Smirnov is guilty, that does not exonerate Weiss. A federal judge rejected Special Counsel David Weiss’s request that confidential human source Alexander Smirnov remain jailed pending trial on charges that he lied to the FBI. While the special counsel’s office lost its motion to detain Smirnov, Weiss likely viewed the defeat as a public relations victory, given the gratuitous details he included in the memorandum filed with the court. Weiss would be wrong, however, to consider anything about his office’s prosecution of Smirnov as a win. Rather, Tuesday’s court filing — if accurate — renders Weiss’s incompetence even...

The mainstream press regularly refers to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as a civil rights group. CAIR holds itself out as America’s foremost Islamic civil rights organization.
