In the meantime, here are Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer with their dramatised reconstruction of the most recent events. In this episode, Dr Judith Curry takes the stand - a woman sorely traduced by the misogynist pig Michael E Mann, who spread false rumors that she was a slut who slept her way to the top. The head of the Duma Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov, also said that the “sanitary zone” would have to be free of weapons reaching the territory “that Russia considers its own.” According to the deputy, the General Staff should “form a concept and report to the president” on the creation of such a zone. Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev mentioned back in March that the “sanitary strip” in Ukraine would not allow the Armed Forces of Ukraine to use weapons at medium and short distances of 70-100 km. But already this week [June 14], in his Telegram...

I went to a public high school in Hawaii back in the late 1980’s, and the social group I hung around with had more than its share of young cynics. For some reason, it was cool to be morose, and one of my buddies was fond of responding to anyone’s account of some problem or difficulty that they were facing with the lovely couplet, “Well, life s***ks, then you die.” At the time, we thought it was amusing, a kind of gallows humor, but in hindsight I regret showing any approval for such expressions of pessimism. Life is difficult, but...

An officer from the New York Police Department will be calling Tucson home, thanks to their International Liaison Program. It was announced at the State of the NYPD address on Wednesday. In addition to the officer stationed in Tucson, another will be stationed in Bogota, Colombia. Both will be in their respective locations to help the NYPD learn more about the migrant crisis. “In Tucson, we’re going to be joining a state-of-the-art, interagency facility run by Customs and Border Protection that combines state, local, and federal officials,” said NYPD Deputy Commissioner Rebecca Weiner. She said they’re sending this officer to...

In recent weeks, it has become clear that the Biden-Harris regime is applying pressure to the Israeli government, in support of the Hamas-led terrorist cause in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli government knows that it needs to continue to hammer Gaza without letup, as they continue to discover even more weapons caches, even more terrorist tunnels, even more evidence of military sites in civilian areas, virtually every day. If Israel pulls out before the job is done, then all these months will have been for naught. There are ten million Israeli citizens – Jewish, Muslim, Christian and more – all...

Nine months until the nation votes for President again, and here's where I think we are. Donald Trump's MAGA support encompasses around 35 percent of Republicans, and they will stand by their man. So, mathematically, Nikki Haley has no chance. I cannot see anything stopping a third Trump nomination. President Biden is drowning. A one-two punch of terrible policies and early-stage dementia has put him in the deepest hole since the hapless Herbert Hoover. The excesses of Donald Trump do bolster Biden a bit, and his party has nowhere else to go, but things will get worse this year for...

VIDEODue to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals taking its sweet time to rule on the Trump immunity appeal, the DC J6 trial originally scheduled to begin on March 4 has been indefinitely DELAYED. As a result we have been treated with some very entertaining liberal angst as you can see here. BTW, if you know a liberal please do NOT send them over the edge by reminding them that even if the DC Circuit Court of Appeals 3 judge panel delivers its ruling turning down Trump's appeal, he still has 45 days to appeal that ruling to the en...

New stats are showing something that's going to make Joe Biden look very bad. Suddenly, illegal crossings at the southern border are now increasingly happening in Arizona and California, moving away from Texas ... Sources with U.S. Customs and Border Protection told Fox News that over the last week of January, Border Patrol apprehended 32,809 illegal immigrants. Per CBP sources, 23,576 of them – 71.8% – were in Arizona and California. Notably, the numbers in Texas' Del Rio sector, which includes Eagle Pass, have fallen off a cliff. In December, the sector saw days of 3,000-4,000 illegal crossings per day....

Yesterday the Treasury Department announced that they expected to increase the national debt by a whopping $760 billion this quarter alone… and another $202 billion next quarter. In short that means almost $1 trillion added to the national debt just in the first half of this year. And, again, these are the Treasury Department’s own estimates. Obviously, that’s a pretty horrible result; even a senior Treasury official acknowledged that they have “significantly increased” their bond sales and the national debt. Not that they’re doing anything to stop the trend. But there’s an even greater risk that the Treasury Department faces...
