Dec. 26 (UPI) -- Residents in the Phoenix area have noticed an increase in sightings of some unusual guests in their neighborhoods: beavers. The Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center in Scottsdale said the most recent beaver sighting was reported in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix, and rescuers arrived to find the animal gnawing on a tree. A Muslim girl who claimed to be eleven-years-old told American Orthodox Rabbi Shmuley Boteach to "kill himself" in a video that has gone viral on social media. The incident occurred on Christmas Eve in Times Square in New York City, as anti-Israel activists attempted to 'cancel Christmas' in midtown. The girl approached Rabbi Boteach and told him that if he had a problem with 'Free Palestine,' "go kill yourself." The girl's mother supported her daughter's antisemitism when Rabbi Boteach said that he would report the incident to the police, and the girl declared that she was "not sorry" for calling...

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham spent his Christmas Eve defending Donald Trump’s continued claim that the 2020 election was stolen from him. Speaking with Pierre Thomas on ABC’s “This Week” Sunday, Graham was asked if Trump’s election denial is the best standard to set for future generations. The senator replied, “Well, you know, Hillary Clinton had the same view that she was cheated.” “He’s not the first politician to claim to have been denied a fair election,” Graham added. “I accept the election results of 2020,” he continued. “I’m worried about 2024. If President Trump puts a vision out improving security...

Beloved, sadly the day after Christmas is probably one of the worst days of the year for many people. It's back to the reality of this crazy life, the grind of it and the uncertainties that follow. The question to all on the day after Christmas is; Do you still have a BIBLICAL CHRIST; the day after CHRISTmas? The horrific tragedy is that many do not and will go back serving a Jesus made in their own image (Matt. 7:21-23). As believers in Jesus, that should not be the case for us since we have a wonderful ETERNAL relationship with...

A New Mexico sheriff is investigating a group of gun control advocates over concerns that their efforts to buy back and destroy firearms were unlawful. San Juan County Sheriff Shane Ferrari announced in a Dec. 17 Facebook post that his office would investigate the group New Mexicans to Prevent Gun Violence (NMPGV) over a recent gun buyback event. The sheriff said the buyback event may have violated a state gun control law that prohibits firearms transfers without a background check. NMPGV initially planned a gun buyback event with the city of Farmington in the Farmington Police Department parking lot on...

Gun control advocates like to pretend that the facts are on their side. Of course, we also know that the research they like to push has…let’s just say it has problems. The truth of the matter is that there is a tendency among the anti-Second Amendment types to simply ignore anything inconvenient. When the polls say that the public no longer supports infringements on our right to keep and bear arms, they simply cite older polls that tell them what they wanted to hear in the first place, just to name one example. But I came across another example. It...

Gov. Kathy Hochul used her Christmas address on Monday to condemn the spike in antisemitic hate crimes New York has seen in the aftermath of Hamas’ Oct. 7 terror attack against Israel and the subsequent war in the Middle East. “In an ordinary year, my holiday message would be a simple expression of peace and good will,” Hochul said, “But this year is different, this year we must transcend wishes and platitudes. Instead of yearning for peace, let’s actually live it.” The governor decried the recent wave of incidents targeting Jewish and Muslim New Yorkers, including one earlier this month...

Legal commentator Jonathan Turley, who not only has testified before Congress as a constitutional expert but also has represented members in court, has unleashed a commentary blasting the Biden family’s newest defense for the evidence that shows influence peddling – and the millions of dollars that brought to members. “The question is whether Joe Biden knew about the influence peddling of his brothers and his son. If so, he actively assisted his family in acquiring millions to influence him on public policy or legislation. His family was effectively marketing time shares in a senator, a vice president and now a...

Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) expressed anger that his former aide Aidan Maese-Czeropski was caught video-taping a gay porn scene in a Senate Hearing Room. "I'm not opposed to gay sex, per se, but it was inconsiderate of him to embarass me by using his access to Senate facilities for his own entertainment," Cardin complained. Maese-Czeropski maintains that "the setting for the video was integral to the artistic message of the movie--namely that the voters and taxpayers are being raped by the people they elect to represent them in Congress." If you missed any of the other Semi-News/Semi-Satire posts you can...

This infuriating year, marred by relentless inflation, epitomizes the struggle of everyday Americans. Families, like Kyle Connolly’s, grapple with layoffs, escalating living costs, and diminished luxuries. The glaring disconnect between positive economic indicators and the grim reality faced by communities like Florida’s panhandle underscores the systemic issue. While the Federal Reserve boasts about curbing inflation, families bear the brunt, with the University of Michigan’s consumer sentiment index revealing a stark decline from pre-pandemic levels.

VIDEOAs Jack Smith's J6 trial date, originally set for March 4, starts fading further and further into the distance perhaps past Election Day 2024 his political trial looks increasingly moot. But not to worry. The DNC-Media-Deep State Industrial Complex worked overtime during the Christmas weekend and came up with a new buzzword, "SPRAWLING," to attempt to fool the public that even if Smith's trial hopes are smashed that there is a "SPRAWLING" case out there against Donald Trump. First Robert Costa used the new approved buzzword on CBS which was then picked up by the Drudge Report. Of course, I...

The United States is barreling toward a 2024 rematch between President Biden and former President Trump that few Americans want to see. Biden has for months been hounded by questions about his age and voter concerns about whether he is up for another four years in the White House. The president would be 86 at the end of a potential second term, and his approval rating has hovered below 40 percent for much of the past year. Trump, meanwhile, has been a divisive figure ever since he launched his 2016 campaign with incendiary rhetoric about Mexican immigrants. Many voters are...
