As our Tim Graham noted, on CNN's State of the Union on Sunday, far-left Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) dodged and weaved and refused to unequivocally condemn Hamas' use of rape of Israeli women as a tool of war. The height of Jayapal's despicable evasion came when she said: "I think that it happens in war situations. Terrorist organizations like Hamas obviously are using these as tools. However, I think we have to be balanced about bringing in the outrages against Palestinians."Yeah, "it happens." So much for feminist solidarity from this supposed feminist. So much for even basic human decency. Today's...

Sunny Hostin shocked co-hosts on The View today by defending the embattled presidents of Harvard, UPenn and MIT for their remarks on antisemitism, claiming the universities are powerless to act against calls for Jew genocide. The three university leaders are facing growing calls for their resignations over comments about campus antisemitism yesterday. While all three condemned antisemitism, they claimed calls for the genocide of Jewish people were not a breach of their codes of conduct, and therefore allowed.

Germany is the strongest economy in the EU. If Germany is running out of money… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYqrJtxIJ7A I told you a long time ago that Germoney was going to be “deindustrialized” by the American war on Russia. You can’t just shut down an industrial economy’s entire energy industry – even outside of the total slowdown of exports due to the US forming an Iron Curtain.

Gay and the presidents of UPenn and MIT have been eviscerated for telling congress yesterday that calls for the genocide of Jews do not violate their codes of conduct. After ferocious backlash and a donor boycott, Gay released a statement today insisting she'd been misunderstood.

The earsplitting, heart-stopping roar of fully automatic weapons hasn’t been often heard on America’s streets since Congress largely outlawed them in 1934. But now it’s back, owing to a small device that is easily plugged into certain handguns and rifles, converting semiautomatic firearms into guns capable of firing 20 bullets in one second — with one pull of the trigger. In Sacramento last year, a handgun converted into a machine gun was used during a gun battle that left six dead, in what has been called Sacramento’s deadliest mass shooting. In Minneapolis, eight people were wounded in August amid a...

DeSantis fares marginally better than Haley but still gets trounced by Trump in a two-man race. Trump leads with 73 percent, while DeSantis takes 21 percent. Following a series of legal reforms, the American Tort Reform Foundation (ATRF) has removed Florida from its ‘Judicial Hellhole‘ list, a long-held designation reflecting the state’s history of excessive litigation and frivolous lawsuits. The change is largely attributed to the passage of House Bill 837, which focused on transparency in damage claims in court trials. Sponsored by Reps. Tommy Gregory and Tom Fabricio, as well as Sen. Travis Hutson, the bill addresses the discrepancy between claimed and actual medical expenses in court cases. The measure also included changes to the comparative negligence system, limiting recovery of damages for plaintiffs more...
