Zelensky did sort of get screwed, if we’re honest. He was a cokehead comedian who was recruited to run on a platform of creating peace with Russia by honoring the Minsk Accords. Then they told him to do some lines and go up and start talking about joining NATO, and to send the military in to totally annihilate the Minsk Accords. So then he gets invaded by Russia. Immediately, he tries to just surrender and meet Russia’s terms, and then Boris Johnson flies in and tells him he’s not allowed to do that and must fight an endless war.
