The Daily Wire, the right-wing media company founded by conservative host Ben Shapiro, released a trailer on Monday for its first full-length feature film, a virulently transphobic “comedy” about a team of male basketball players who decide to identify as women in order to start competing in—and winning—women’s sporting events. The movie, Lady Ballers, which features cameos from Texas Senator Ted Cruz and Shapiro himself, is slated for an exclusive release on the Daily Wire’s YouTube channel. Matt Walsh, who put out his own anti-trans documentary for the company, appears in the film as well. It is a crucial moment...

Police warned that “elevated vigilance” is necessary during this year’s Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Center, according to an internal NYPD memo obtained by The Post Tuesday — as pro-Palestinian protesters announced they plan to “flood” the iconic event in support of Gaza. The memo notes that there are no “specific or credible” threats targeting the world-renowned annual event — which is expected to draw tens of thousands of revelers to Midtown on Wednesday. But the threat evaluation notice pointed out that mass gatherings and high-profile events such as the ceremony — hosted this year by singer Kelly Clarkson...

A whistleblower has come forward with an explosive new trove of documents, rivaling or exceeding the Twitter Files and Facebook Files in scale and importance. They describe the activities of an “anti-disinformation” group called the Cyber Threat Intelligence League, or CTIL, that officially began as the volunteer project of data scientists and defense and intelligence veterans but whose tactics over time appear to have been absorbed into multiple official projects, including those of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The CTI League documents offer the missing link answers to key questions not addressed in the Twitter Files and Facebook Files....

Major US news outlets devoted significantly less time and space to covering Donald Trump’s description of his enemies as “vermin” this month than they did in a similar period in 2016 to Hillary Clinton’s reference to Trump’s supporters as “deplorables”, a new study has found. Findings by the progressive watchdog Media Matters included 18 times more coverage of Clinton’s remark than Trump’s by the “Big Three” broadcast networks (NBC, ABC and CBS) in the first week after the remark was made; and print reports among the top five circulating newspapers (Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington...

Explanation: What does the largest moon in the Solar System look like? Jupiter's moon Ganymede, larger than even Mercury and Pluto, has an icy surface speckled with bright young craters overlying a mixture of older, darker, more cratered terrain laced with grooves and ridges. The cause of the grooved terrain remains a topic of research, with a leading hypothesis relating it to shifting ice plates. Ganymede is thought to have an ocean layer that contains more water than Earth -- and might contain life. Like Earth's Moon, Ganymede keeps the same face towards its central planet, in this case Jupiter....

This video from NBC News shows multiple “students” brutally beating a school employee at Hill Crest High “School” in Queens, New York.I put the words “students” and “school” in quotation marks, because based on everything that the media has reported on this institution, it doesn’t seem to be a “school,” and the people who attend it don’t seem to be “students.”The “students” skipped “class” for two hours so they could jump up and down in the hallways, and yell and scream about a teacher who had attended a pro-Israel rally on her own personal time during off school hours. I...
