"It went from a very clean, very safe community where everybody knew everybody to, ‘Oh my God, we are invaded.’"Residents and law enforcement in the immediate area surrounding Colony Ridge, a massive land development that many believe has become a settlement for thousands of illegal immigrants, say their once-beloved community is now unrecognizable, charging that the area now resembles a “third world country.” Everett Needham says he’s facing the reality that it may be time to leave the area that his parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents have all called home. He told The Daily Wire that the Colony Ridge development “has...

While the world's attention has been drawn to the spectacle of the The Mideast Road to WWIII, here at home the wholesale recruitment of America's children into the LGBT sex cult has again picked up speed. This is the true priority of the "progressive" movement. They really don't much care about the adults so long as they can hoodwink enough of them to keep their "election" results plausible enough to stay in power. Who they really want are the kids for all the obvious reasons, and "Gay History Month" is the cornerstone of their recruitment strategy. Unlike Gay Pride Month,...

On Oct. 17, 1974, forty-nine years ago today, President Gerald Ford made an historic appearance before Congress to testify about his pardon of former President Richard Nixon, which he had issued on Sept. 8. Nixon had resigned on Aug. 9 to avoid certain impeachment and removal from office for his cover-up of the Watergate break-in and other misdeeds. As a member of the subcommittee hearing Ford’s testimony, I challenged the president about the pardon, the only one to do so, asking him about a “deal” and the suspicious way the pardon was issued. Now, nearly a half century later, I...

Representative Jim Jordan fell short of the necessary 217 votes to become the next speaker of the House in the first round of voting on Tuesday, as a significant number of moderates within the Republican caucus refused to fall in line behind the hardline Ohio lawmaker. While Republicans remain divided on Jordan, the Democrats unanimously backed House minority leader Hakeem Jeffries (D., N.Y.), just as they did when former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R., Calif.) was elected in January. At the end of the first round, Jeffries garnered 212 votes while Jordan received 200 and 20 others voted against the latter....

A senior Hamas official told NBC News' Richard Engel that the group is willing to immediately release all civilian hostages — foreign and Israeli — if Israel stops its airstrikes on Gaza. The Hamas official said the hostages could be released within the hour as long as Israel meets its terms. He claimed that there is no safe place to release the hostages now. In exchange for the release of Israeli soldiers held hostage, the Hamas official said Israel must release all Palestinians held in Israeli jails. The Hamas official also claimed that the U.S. and Israel are already aware...

The Department of Health and Human Services, headed up by Joe Biden’s transgender ‘Admiral’ Rachel Levine, has enforced a mandate that all employees must use ‘preferred pronouns’ and acknowledge the gender identity of their colleagues. An internal HHS email outlining the new “streamlined” policy was obtained and made public by the Heritage Foundation’s Roger Severino. Titled “HHS Gender Non-Discrimination and Inclusion Policy,” the email begins “Happy National Coming Out Day!” (yet another LGBTQ+ ‘holiday’). It then notes “When individuals bring their whole selves to work, all of us at HHS thrive. We want to ensure that HHS continues [to be...

The Republicans opposing Rep. Jim Jordan's bid for speaker made themselves known on the House floor in the first roll call vote Tuesday to elect a new speaker of the House, and with 20 voting against him, he failed to secure a majority in the first round. When the vote finished, this was the final tally: Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries, of New York, had 212 votes, those of every Democrat, Jordan had 200 GOP votes, six Republicans voted for former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, seven voted for House Majority Leader Steve Scalise and three voted for former Rep. Lee Zeldin,...

As one of the most expensive cities in the world, it should come as no surprise that a third of New Yorkers are forking over half their income for rent. The devastating data comes from the latest report from the nonprofit the Community Service Society of New York, which found that 55% of households, or nearly 1.2 million households, in the Big Apple were “rent-burdened” in 2021, meaning tenants spent at least 30% of their income on rent. A staggering 34% of the city’s tenants were classified as “severely rent-burdened,” spending at least half their income on monthly rent as...

Protestant leader denounces Pope Francis-endorsed, pro-homosexual biblical commentaryThe Jerome Biblical Commentary for the Twenty-First Century boasts a forward by Pope Francis and received a nihil obstat and imprimatur from Cardinal Blase Cupich’s Archdiocese of Chicago despite contradicting Catholic teaching on homosexuality. The newest version of the pro-homosexual third edition of The Jerome Biblical Commentary for the Twenty-First Century, which includes a forward by Pope Francis, has drawn the condemnation and mockery of Protestant voices, who have highlighted the “woke” agenda of so-called “Catholic” academic biblical scholarship. Arguing that the scriptural texts condemning sodomy do not apply to today’s “modern concept of...

The charge to reject Jim Jordan and to give us a liberal Speaker is Don Bacon. He claims is interest is to prevent the House from being hijacked by the minority which got McCarthy ousted. But some of his outraged constituents have found that he is one of 30 congressmen who serve on the board of a Chinese propaganda ministry, the Humpty Dumpty Institute (HDI). HDI claims their goal is to "put the world back together again" but they mean to establish Chinese hegemony. Many top employmees are from the Red Army itself. Who else in on HDI? A few...

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said Tuesday on “CBS This Morning” that he will not publicly urge Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) to resign amid his bribery charges, opting instead for “serious discussions.” Co-anchor Tony Dokoupil said, “What would it take to move you toward a position of saying ‘You know what, Senator Menendez, please step away?' Schumer said, “Look, as I’ve said before, the Senate should have certain standards. And if you read the indictments, Senator Menendez has gone way, way below those standards.” Co-anchor Gayle King said, “So what is your hesitation of asking him to step down?”

At least 500 people have been killed in a bombing of a hospital in Gaza City, the Palestinian Health Ministry has claimed. A spokesman for the ministry said in a statement: "Initial estimates indicate that between 200 and 300 martyrs were killed in the bombing that targeted Baptist Hospital in Gaza city." The ministry later revised the figure to at least 500, AP and Reuters reported. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are investigating what happened at the hospital. They say they don't have any further details on the bombing. It follows local reports of deaths and injuries at the al...

Joe Biden’s presidency is tracking Jimmy Carter’s four years in the Oval Office so faithfully it must give his campaign team hives. Recent events in Israel create even more parallels. It was a Middle East crisis that brought down Jimmy Carter’s presidency; the current conflict in the region could prove Biden’s undoing as well. In 1979, more than 50 U.S. citizens were taken hostage in Iran, and Carter failed to secure their release. Worse, a U.S. military mission sent to rescue the prisoners failed, infuriating Americans. Carter’s foreign policy blunders sank his reelection bid, but they were far from his...

Oct. 13 (UPI) -- A Seattle woman with a collection of 5,631 rubber ducks said she originally intended to quit collecting with only seven of the toys. Charlotte Lee, 54, said she bought her first rubber ducks in 1996 to decorate her bathroom. "I thought I would quit after I had seven but then friends would come over and see them," Lee told Guinness World Records. "Soon, I was getting them as gifts for my birthday, Christmas, whenever really!" Lee now has 5,631 duckies, earning her the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of rubber ducks. She said...
