...I threw up my hands and said, “what outrageous calamity is next!?” I gave up. Too much was stupid-wrong. ...I lost the will to fight, for the bombardment was so relentless and overwhelming. No one thing was less grotesque than the rest, all agenda-driven and dishonest. Our “media” on a national level was complicit and still is. Nothing has changed...

I decided to ask Google's artificial intelligence chat bot, Bard, about Biden having flown illegal aliens around the country. The chat bot lied at first, but when confronted with proof, it crawfished and apologized! This is the transcript:Me: Did Biden fly immigrants in the night? Bard: No, there is no evidence that President Biden has flown immigrants in the night. In fact, the Biden administration has taken steps to increase transparency around immigration enforcement, including requiring that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) notify the public when it is transporting immigrants. The claim that Biden is flying immigrants in the night...

Time is running out for Ukraine. After 18 months of war, it is no longer a question of if the Western alliance will falter, but when. Since the start, despite making many of the right noises and supplying some military hardware, France and Germany, in particular, have been reluctant partners. Their leaders have often seemed more concerned with finding an “off-ramp” for Putin than ejecting his forces from Ukraine. As well as dependency on Russian energy, a pacifist instinct among Western European political classes has led to neglect of their armed forces and a corresponding fear of escalation. As the provider...

Claims that "woke" Pentagon policies are fueling a massive U.S. military recruiting crisis are overblown – and the criticisms may only be making things worse, one expert said. Peter Feaver, a Duke University professor and former member of the National Security Council during the Clinton and Bush administrations, said concerns over so-called "woke" policies have been blown out of proportion by politicians and critics. The main driver of the crisis are issues such as the current labor market and the shrinking pool of young Americans who are qualified to serve, he said. . .

The European Commission praised Ukraine’s Prosecutor-General Viktor Shokin for his efforts to fight corruption in a December 2015 progress report published nine days after then-VP Joe Biden demanded his ouster. The report flies in the face of Biden’s claims that the European Union joined his demands that Shokin be removed for being corrupt and obstructing anti-corruption reforms. In fact, the Dec. 18, 2015, progress report, obtained by the New York Post, says that the European Union was satisfied that Ukraine had achieved “noteworthy” progress, including in “preventing and fighting corruption,” and thus was eligible for visa-free travel in Europe. The...

The Biden administration quietly rescinded a Trump-era regulation allowing companies to transport liquefied natural gas (LNG) via rail in a victory for environmental groups. In a federal filing Friday ahead of the holiday weekend, the Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) formally suspended the 2020 authorization of LNG transportation in rail tank cars. The rule will remain in effect until either a permanent rule regarding LNG rail tank car transportation is proposed and finalized — a process that may take several months — or June 30, 2025.

The National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR) and Foster Haines (NAGR member and Albuquerque resident) filed a lawsuit against Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and Secretary of Health Patrick Allen for Executive Order 2023-130 and a subsequent Public Health Emergency Order issued by the Secretary, which bans the public carry of firearms in Albuquerque for 30 days. Plaintiffs are asking for a Temporary Restraining Order and a repeal of the Order. NAGR argues the Order is unconstitutional on the merits of the Supreme Court’s ruling NYSRPA v. Bruen, which held New York’s ban on the public carry of firearms unconstitutional. Bruen...

The Florida Governor isn't missing a chance to make a Second Amendment case. New Mexico is called the Land of Enchantment. Yet Florida’s Governor is notably disenchanted with the Southwestern state after its Democratic Governor took a stand against guns. “Just a few months after ending the COVID ‘public health emergency,’ the Governor of New Mexico has declared a new ‘public health emergency’: Guns. She is now asserting the power to infringe on Second Amendment rights by executive fiat. This assertion is not surprising — since 2020, ‘public health’ has become a pretext for depriving citizens of civil liberties and...

X owner Elon Musk is criticizing New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham after she temporarily suspended open and concealed carry across Albuquerque and the surrounding Bernalillo County for at least 30 days. On Thursday, Grisham said she needed to respond to recent gun-related deaths in the area. The suspension of open and concealed carry was classified as an emergency public health order. "When New Mexicans are afraid to be in crowds, to take their kids to school, to leave a baseball game — when their very right to exist is threatened by the prospect of violence at every turn —...

NEW YORK — Mayor Adams announced Saturday there would be cuts as high as 15% to all city agencies by next spring — including the police and health departments — in response to the costly migrant crisis, which could further impact the delivery of city services. The mayor made a surprise speech over the weekend telling New Yorkers that the lack of substantial support from the federal and state government regarding the crisis — at a time when COVID aid is drying up — has forced the city to impose austerity cuts. “We are in the middle of a humanitarian...
