In the summer of 2022, a group of scientists and professionals connected to the study of the climate started seeking signatures on a document that states that there is no climate emergency. Climate change supporters quickly started saying the document is “anti-science,” “the work of uninformed people,” “untruthful,” and things like that. On Aug. 16, 2023, The New American reported that now more than 1,600 scientists and professionals, including two Nobel Prize winners and experts from MIT, Princeton, and other notable institutions around the world, have signed the document. Some of the things in the document these universally recognized men...

On Wednesday, October 4 at 2:20 p.m. ET, every TV, radio and cellphone in the United States should blare out the distinctive, jarring electronic warning tone of an emergency alert, accompanied by a notice along these lines: “This is a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System, issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, covering the United States from 14:20 to 14:50 hours ET. This is only a test. No action is required by the public."

KIEV, Ukraine (AP) – Ukrainian authorities have launched an investigation after a midair collision between two warplanes in the west of the country killed three pilots. Ukraine’s air force spokesman Yuri Ihnat told Ukrainian television on Sunday it wasn’t immediately clear how long the probe would take. According to the air force’s Telegram page, two L-39 training military aircraft collided on Friday during a combat mission over Ukraine’s western Zhytomyr region. Three pilots were killed, including Andriy Pilshchykov, a well-known pilot with the nickname “Juice” who was an outspoken advocate for Ukraine getting F-16 fighter jets.

The rectangular building, measuring about 70 feet by 20 feet, was composed of two rooms, each about 650 square feet, the Oleg Deripaska's Volnoe Delo Foundation said. It was destroyed in the middle of the sixth century when tribes attacked and burned down the city. The synagogue also offers experts insight into Judaism practice during the religion's "Second Temple Period," experts with the foundation said. From 516 B.C. until 70 A.D., most Jewish rituals took place at the second Jerusalem Temple, so it was rare for synagogues to be built elsewhere. Kuban is in southeast Russia, bordering the Black Sea.

How do we resist the corrupted and crooked fascist far left? Recent cultural phenomena have shown that there are a lot more decent people than “Democrats” and it’s time to unite against them. Many of us are seeing our country go sideways while being blamed for it by every national socialist media source. For the first time in history, the fascist far-left controlling class has arrested its leading political opponent, symbolized by the mugshot heard ‘round the world. This certainly isn’t normal and the proverbial scent of gasoline is starting to waft through the air. You’re probably thinking, “What can...

...Thus far, research has narrowed the identification of the four remains to 21 or 22 individuals who "likely died during the period when the (Union-operated) hospital" was caring for the Confederate dead and dying after the Battle of Williamsburg on May 5, 1862. The original list contained 59 names and their units. The temporary hospital was next door to where the burial site was discovered adjacent to the Powder Magazine off Duke of Gloucester Street. The Magazine, one of the 89 surviving 18th century structures in Colonial Williamsburg's historic area, was built in 1715 and was originally used as a storehouse...

Pray For The Peace of JerusalemJohn 8Dispute Over Whose Children Jesus’ Opponents Are 31 To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” 33 They answered him, “We are Abraham’s descendants and have never been slaves of anyone. How can you say that we shall be set free?” 34 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. 35 Now a slave has no permanent place in the family,...

Dollar Tree had miserable quarter, company management is chalking it up to a mix of factors: changing consumer demands on top of higher prices for fuel and electricity … and theft. The company’s chief executive and chief financial officer homed in on that last one on a call with Wall Street analysts Thursday. Dollar Tree CEO Richard Dreiling and CFO Jeffrey Davis blamed a surprisingly large drop in gross profit margin — tumbling to 29.8% last quarter from 32.7% a year earlier — on “shrink,” the industry term for inventory losses due to theft, damages and other causes. Davis said...

The definition of "vindictive" is to have or show a "strong or unreasoning desire for revenge." As an observer of the ongoing humiliation and persecution currently directed toward Donald J. Trump and anyone who supports him, what America may now be witnessing is an unparalleled display of malicious revenge. One might ask, "Who is driving this retribution?" The most obvious answer to that question is that it must be a self-absorbed force with a notorious reputation for spiteful exoneration. Judging from past conduct, that force would be none other than former president Barack Obama. This man thrives on adulation. Even...

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then...

Observers of the American collegiate scene are likely well aware of the academic jihad against University of Pennsylvania law professor Amy Wax and the disgraceful shouting down of federal judge Kyle Duncan at Stanford, led by a woke DEI apparatchik. But in terms of outrageous violations of American norms of academic conduct, due process, and civility, nothing compares with the treatment of Professor Scott Gerber of Ohio Northern University (ONU). Unlike elite coastal schools like Penn or Stanford, ONU is a Midwestern private school of so-so reputation, not on lists of the 10 best colleges in Ohio, much less the...

The Russian president faces arrest if he travels abroad on a warrant accusing him of war crimes in Ukraine, issued by the International Criminal Court. Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the G20 summit in India next month, the Kremlin has announced. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Friday that travel is currently not on Putin’s agenda because he is concentrating on the special military operation, which is what the Kremlin calls Russia’s war against Ukraine. But another issue is keeping him at home. The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Putin accusing him of war...

It may seem like small potatoes at a time of political lawfare, gross government mismanagement leading to at least 1,000 dead in Maui, the prospect of continuing war in Ukraine, and high inflation, but the government’s use of its powers to beset us on a daily basis and make life more expensive, less efficient, and more dreary is evident every day. Two things that come to mind -- and there are, I concede, many more -- are urban bike lanes and administrative fiddling with everything from light bulbs to home appliances. In my neighborhood we have an online site, Next...

... The press has been about as hostile to Ramaswamy as the rest of the Republican field. In a New York Times roundtable after the debate, commentators from across the ideological spectrum described him as “astoundingly arrogant,” “irritating,” “glib,” “smarmy,” “obnoxious,” “a zero,” “preening,” and “completely bananas.” The conservative columnist Bret Stephens said Ramaswamy “seems to think he’s Jesus,” and not in the meek-shall-inherit-the-Earth way. There is a sense in the Establishment media that because Ramaswamy is such a copycat, particularly of Trump, that he represents no broader threat or significance, that he’s just another wannabe swimming in the MAGA...
