Is Jesus woke? Since Christ is usually the lapel worn on the sleeves of those who oppose being woke, it begs the question, right? Would Jesus Christ be in denial or “aware of and actively attentive to important societal facts and issues especially of racial and social justice” as Merriam-Webster’s defines the adjective? First, did Christ behave in a woke way? A nostalgic recall of biblical stories throughout the ages says yes. One only need to recollect the parable of the Good Samaritan, the Woman at the Well or the Healing of the Roman Centurion’s Pais to support that Jesus’...

A comunique' from activist Debbie Dooley, highlights Kemps actions to open the door for CCP companies to come to Georgia. Some will say that Chinese companies are just businesses, but those who understand China strategy and laws know that businesses in China are inextricably linked to the CCP. During a campaign stop in Grimes, Iowa, Trump spoke at an event where an audience member pressed him on “what were you thinking” or would “do different,” saying, “we have lost people because you supported the jab.” It is not clear if she was referring to lost lives due to vaccine-related deaths or lost jobs due to vaccine mandates. “Everybody wanted a vaccine at that time,” Trump responded. “And I was able to do something that nobody else could have done, getting it done very, very rapidly. But I never was for mandates. I was, I thought the mandates were...

The short answer is no. It’s almost beyond the antithesis of sexist. It plays with male self-pitying norms so much that it is almost post-sexist, a satire of the patriarchal break-up songs that went before it. However, it is easy to see why some think the opposite on first glance, and that is the triumph of Bob Dylan and how he pushed music on to a new literary height. Lyrically speaking, ‘Just Like a Woman’ is, in fact, one of his finest progressive triumphs. Paul Simon once said, “With Dylan, everything he sings has two meanings. He’s telling you the...

Member countries of OPEC and their allies are considering further cuts to oil production that could send oil prices soaring. The group, known as OPEC+ to include allies such as Russia, will meet Sunday to discuss another round of cuts to production for member countries, this time as much as 1 million barrels per day, sources told Reuters. The cuts would come on top of existing cuts of 2 million barrels per day and voluntary cuts of 1.6 million barrels per day that were announced in April, three sources told the outlet. "We are discussing the full package [of changes...

EXCLUSIVE: The Biden administration is getting slammed as handing a "major coup" to Chinese President Xi Jinping after two senior officials made a trip to China on Sunday in an attempt to ease tensions between the two countries. Critics immediately pointed out that Sunday, June 4, marks the 34th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre, when the Chinese military slaughtered hundreds, possibly thousands, of pro-democracy protesters. Daniel Kritenbrink, the assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific affairs, and Sarah Beran, the National Security Council's senior director for China and Taiwan affairs, arrived in Beijing to discuss "key issues...

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority has signed off on a bombshell 11th-hour report claiming that Penn Station and Madison Square Garden are no longer compatible together.

When Carl Kosak returned from work to his home in Greensburg’s Academy Hill neighborhood, he got something to eat and then headed down to the basement. That’s where he assumed his second identity — one long hidden from co-workers, neighbors and friends — as acclaimed mystery writer K.C. Constantine. “My father had a desk at the bottom of the basement stairs, and that’s where he wrote,” said Kosak’s only son, Chris Kosak of Moraga, Calif. “He wrote every single day — some days maybe that was only one sentence — but he put himself in that chair at that desk...

A Navy SEAL who detransitioned is now warning parents about getting their children gender-affirming surgery saying they aren't being given complete information before deciding on the radical procedure. Chris Beck, a retired member of SEAL Team Six who came out as transgender in 2013, argued parents are in the dark when children express gender dysphoria. He cited studies that showed that 80 percent of children who express gender dysphoria no longer feel that way once they finish puberty. Other studies found that more than half of the parents who were referred to gender therapists said they felt directed to put...

I’m going to go into the deep weeds on this story, because many people are missing a key facet. The names behind the Trump targeting operation are included, along with citations for independent checks by House congressional investigators. Inside the recently released report by John Durham [CITATION], the special counsel outlines how former FBI Director James Comey was intimately involved in the creation of the Carter Page FISA application. Durham notes that Comey kept asking the DOJ National Security Division and FBI counterintelligence investigators, “Where’s the FISA, we need the FISA.” However, Durham never interviewed Comey or McCabe. The former FBI...

Former President Donald Trump lashing out at his ex-press secretary Kayleigh McEnany came as no surprise to her predecessor Stephanie Grisham. Grisham, who served as White House press secretary in 2019, told CNN’s Jim Acosta that Trump’s Truth Social rant dubbing her successor “Kayleigh ‘Milktoast’ [sic] McEnany” was par for the course. “This is what he does,” Grisham said Saturday. “He uses you until there is no use for you anymore, or until you dare to say something that could possibly be construed against him.”

IN the span of two weeks, nearly 30 children have vanished in Cleveland, sparking huge concern from a local police chief who said he hasn't seen anything like this in his 33-year career. As many as 27 children have been reported missing in the greater Cleveland area, according to Newburgh Heights police chief John Majoy. He called the number of missing children, whose ages range from 12 to 17, unprecedented when speaking to reporters. "There's always peaks and valleys with missing persons, but this year it seems like an extraordinary year," he told Fox News Digital. "For some reason, in...

Hong Kongers living overseas are helping to keep the flame of remembrance alive for the victims of China’s Tiananmen massacre as authorities in a city that once hosted huge annual vigils continue to stamp out dissent. Until recently Hong Kong was the only place within China where large-scale gatherings each June 4 were tolerated to remember the moment in 1989 when the Communist Party sent tanks in to violently quell peaceful student-led democracy protests in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square. But the annual candlelight vigils have been silenced the last three years in the wake of pandemic restrictions and Beijing’s ongoing political...

Some of you know me and most don't. I have been writing songs since I was a turd, ( i have library of congress cred, and get royalty pay) although I have been a pipefitter for over 30 years and these days i have settled into carpentry. I have met some amazing people in my travels. I played in bars when I was 16. I am a multi-instrumentalist, just mostly strings. Country, blues, rock. Anyways, I found this dude Tom McDonald recently. I have never been into rap, but his lyrics are astute. I hope you listen and give him...
