Fox News chief political analyst Brit Hume lambasted CBS News’ 60 Minutes for propping up the debunked babblings of overpopulation-obsessed climate fanatic Paul Ehrlich. Hume rebuked CBS as a network for having gone the way of the “woke mob” by breathing new life into Ehrlich’s propaganda during the Jan. 5 edition of Fox Business Tonight with anchor David Asman. “For them to put [Ehrlich] on — I mean — it isn’t David just that this guy‘s been wrong. He’s been famously, extravagantly wrong,” Hume critiqued.

Is Prince Harry’s book the biggest threat to the Royal Family since his late mother, Princess Dianna? Well, maybe in terms of bad press and a PR nightmare, but on the whole, he appears to be digging himself a big hole that he may never get out of. The British Royal’s PR machine is well-oiled, equipped with years of tackling anything that puts them in a bad light, and any liability or potential threat is quickly removed, as we’ve seen in the past.

The US Supreme Court not only decided not to look at the Brunson brothers’ case, but also decided not to take up the Bonner case challenging the legality of mail-in ballots. Such a shame. The US Supreme Court is absolutely frightened to take up strong cases that challenge corrupt elections or corrupt practices. Yet this is the biggest issue facing our country right now and the biggest threat to our Constitution. ..... Snip..... In 2020, 18 state AGs joined the Texas case that argued against the corrupt election results that were certified in the swing states that stole the election...

Fears about the 'Kraken' Covid variant might be overblown, experts warned today as data showed it's not spreading as quickly as first feared. XBB.1.5 — a spin-off of Omicron — is thought to be the most transmissible strain yet. California Gov. Gavin Newsom, D, came under fire for a Friday tweet heralding the Golden State as the "true freedom state," with some Twitter users not only lambasting him for his claim, but also for his lackluster leadership. "California is the true freedom state. Protecting liberty from a rising tide of oppression taking root in statehouses. Weakness, masquerading as strength. Small men in big offices. Freedom is who we are – anyone from anywhere can accomplish anything here," Newsom wrote, quoting a corresponding video of himself speaking during his second term inauguration. Critics jumped at Newsom's claim, calling out alleged...

By the first century BCE, Rome had gained control of the entire Mediterranean, but those conquests had been accompanied by a century of civil war that witnessed the assassination of politicians on all sides of the political spectrum. At one point, the adherents of one populist politician marched on Rome's temple of Castor and Pollux, which was closely associated with the Senate, and tore up the temple steps. This period of nearly continuous warfare would not end until 31 BCE, when Julius Caesar’s nephew Octavian vanquished the combined forces of Mark Antony and the Egyptian queen Cleopatra at the battle...

Jan 6 (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Friday struck down a rule the Trump administration had adopted following a 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting that banned "bump stocks," devices that allow people to rapidly fire multiple rounds from semi-automatic guns. In a 13-3 decision, the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said that despite "tremendous" public pressure to impose a ban, it was up to the U.S. Congress rather than the president to take action.... "The resulting circuit split should bring this decision to the U.S. Supreme Court's attention promptly and supply a suitable vehicle for...

In a critical boost to President Joe Biden's reelection prospects, the Food and Drug Administration has approved a new Alzheimer's drug that "may modestly slow the pace of cognitive decline," according to the New York Times. Biden, the first octogenarian president in American history, is expected to formally announce his plans to seek a second term sometime next month, thus setting the stage for a potential rematch against Donald Trump. The president is going to need all the help he can get to mitigate the rapid deterioration of his brain before Election Day in 2024, which is probably why his...

"The IRS correspondence audit process is structured to expend the least amount of resources to conduct the largest number of examinations – resulting in the lowest level of customer service to taxpayers having the greatest need for assistance," National Taxpayer Advocate Erin M. Collins said of the report during an annual report to Congress....

House Republicans are set to probe President Joe Biden’s connections to foreign business partners under their new majority, James Comer, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, said Sunday. The committee, renamed from the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, will hold hearings on “Biden family influence peddling,” and will specifically look into the president’s role in Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings, Republican Kentucky Rep. Comer said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “I think any American who’s kept up with the political process over the past two administrations would agree. We need to know what is allowable and...

Not long after Friday’s Employment Report multiple analysts and commentators were calling it a “goldilocks” report, by which they meant it showed that the economy was neither “too hot” nor “too cold,” but instead, “just right.” In turn, the theory goes, the Federal Reserve could stop raising short-term rates earlier and at a lower peak than previously expected, inflation would continue to cool, and the economy could pull-off an elusive “soft landing.” The biggest headlines from the Employment Report were definitely good news. Nonfarm payrolls rose 223,000 in December, beating the consensus expected 203,000. Meanwhile, civilian employment, an alternative (although...
