Police in Moscow, Idaho, were called to Kaylee Goncalves, Maddie Mogen, and Xana Kernodle's home just two months before their murders, RadarOnline.com has learned. Newly released bodycam footage showed law enforcement arriving at the scene on September 1 after being called about a noise complaint. Cops were met at the front door of the murder home by students who claimed none of the roommates were home at the time. The footage gives chilling insight as to how many people could have had the door code to get into the home, backing up claims it was a party house. Loud music...

Paglia has hit back after Catholic news outlet The Pillar confidently reported last week that “Paglia used charity funds to renovate apartment.” Citing “multiple independent sources with knowledge...

DAN GEORGE: It looks like it's hard to see in here, but you can see somewhat of a tear just above, starting above the word 'out' and then continuing across the line. Do you know whether the president ever tore up notes when he was finished with them? LUNA: Yes. GEORGE: Okay. And just to be clear, did the president tear up notes when he was finished with them? NICK LUNA: Yes. I mean, at times. I don't know. Did I ever see him tear up notes? I don't know what the documents were, but there [was] tearing. GEORGE: Okay....

Back in October, The Gateway Pundit reported on a ruling that came down from the Georgia Supreme Court that essentially gave voters the right to sue election officials: Unlike federal law, however, that injury need not always be individualized; sometimes it can be a generalized grievance shared by community members, especially other residents, taxpayers, voters, or citizens. The case was the Sons of Confederate Veterans et al. vs Henry County Board of Commissioners. The case was originally used by the Georgia Court of Appeals to dismiss VoterGA’s ballot case in Fulton County. However, the Sons of Confederate Veterans case ended...

Will the J6 Committee backfire as its status as a politicized vendetta becomes unbearably obvious? As I have said before, I hope that the new Congress, which begins its session in just a couple of weeks, will continue the work of the January 6 Committee, minus Liz Cheney and the other kangaroos. The New York Times, in its best slant-the-news-while-appearing-magisterial modality, described the Committee’s 100-plus-page “Executive Summary” as a “report into the effort to overturn the 2020 election.” But surely the far greater attempt to impact the 2020 election was the FBI’s infiltration of Twitter and other social media platforms,...

...six years of former President Donald Trump's tax returns will be released by the Democratic-controlled House Ways and Means Committee, which voted 24-16 on Tuesday to release the years of tax records Trump has has long tried to shield. The vote was along party lines. After a years-long legal battle, the Supreme Court cleared the way last month for the Treasury Department to send the returns to Congress. The committee received six years of tax returns for Trump and some of his businesses. Democrats are under pressure to act quickly, since only two weeks remain until Republicans take control of...

The Senate on Tuesday evening voted 70-25 to advance the $1.7 trillion Omnibus spending bill and open debate. This is just the first procedural vote. The latest spending bill is full of special interest earmarks and pork. The bill includes $45 billion to Ukraine, $7.5 million in LGBTQ programs, Jan 6 prosecution funding and more. There is no money for border security. 3,000 pages that no one has read. Senate Republicans are giving away the incoming GOP Majority House’s power of the purse until September 2023.

The Biden administration vastly overstated its estimate that employers created more than 1 million jobs in the second quarter of this year, claiming historic job growth when in fact hiring had stalled, according to a new estimate. Job growth was “essentially flat” in the second quarter with only 10,500 jobs added, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia said. Republicans are accusing the administration of lying about the employment data in an election year and are demanding answers.

A US government-funded nonprofit known as “the mountain retreat for the liberal elite” sponsored a “tabletop exercise” intended to influence coverage of a leak of documents related to Hunter Biden, the latest installment of Elon Musk’s “Twitter Files” reveals. In a series of tweets Monday, independent journalist Michael Shellenberger posted confidential documents from the Aspen Institute’s September 2020 event, which he said was attended by Twitter’s then-head of trust and safety, Facebook’s head of security policy and top national security reporters from The New York Times and The Washington Post. The exercise by the “Aspen Digital Hack-and-Dump Working Group” involved...

We’ve been meaning to devote an episode of the 3WHH podcast to a consideration of “Yellowstone,” which has been a monster hit on streaming TV the last few years. One problem is that I am two seasons behind, as is my typical TV viewing practice. At some point we’ll all get caught up and try it. The fact that the New York Times and other typical media morons have run puzzled stories about why the show is popular with conservatives makes it suitable fodder. (Besides, Beth Dutton is Lucretia’s spirit animal and role model, needless to say.) How to describe...
