And the doctors will face no consequences unless they have a conscience.

The family needs to sue the crap out of whoever authorized/approved his release.

These “doctors” should have to serve the same prison sentence in the same cell with this monster.

Whitehead had served 20 yrs in prison for similar charges from the 1980s but was released earlier this year when doctors believed him to be rehabilitated.....

Notice who never gets held to account?

When these psych doctors blow it, it’s a yawn moment for
judges and politicians.

According to court transcripts, in 1986 a woman reported Whitehead raped her, but he pleaded guilty to aggravated battery charges and served 35 days.

A week after he was released, while he was on probation, records show, he kidnapped another woman at knifepoint in Jacksonville, assaulted her and stabbed her 25 times.

++++++

Another triumph of the criminal justice system.

I wonder what the teardrops represent? <— That’s what I was originally gonna comment. But since I’m not totally retarded, I googled it:

The teardrop tattoo or tear tattoo is a symbolic tattoo of a tear that is placed underneath the eye. The teardrop is one of the most widely recognised prison tattoos[1] and has various meanings.

It can signify that the wearer has spent time in prison,[2][3] or more specifically that the wearer was raped while incarcerated and tattooed by the rapist as a “property” mark and for humiliation, since facial tattoos cannot be concealed.

Crazy. Dude has more than one.

He should be removed from society via the death penalty, revenge killing or whatever else you can come up with to project him into oblivion (and hell).

Not sure family is in the picture. He picked her up at the curb outside a strip club at 4 AM.

I think when this type of thing occurs, no matter the crime, no matter child or adult, no matter male or female,

Anytime the criminal re-offends, all those in official capacities that vouch for the criminal’s release, must serve the same sentence as the criminal. And if that means death penlty, that means the vouchers will be executed.

He's been a career criminal and should have been executed long ago for his crimes.

If we lived under The Code of Hammurabi, they would.

The Hammurabi code of laws, a collection of 282 rules, established standards for commercial interactions and set fines and punishments to meet the requirements of justice. Hammurabi's Code was carved onto a massive, finger-shaped black stone stele (pillar) that was looted by invaders and finally rediscovered in 1901.
