The FTX crypto slush fund run by now-disgraced Sam Bankman-Fried (and his MIT college buddies) laundered money for Ukraine into nearly $40 million worth of campaign donations for Democrats in the 2022 mid-term elections. Internationally, over $100 billion has been donated to Ukraine, according to Devex.com which has compiled worldwide donations and grants to the Ukrainian cause. FTX simultaneously processed donations to Ukraine by using its crypto infrastructure. As CoinDesk.com reported in May of this year,...

There are always reasons to doubt Russia is playing it straight. For years, Russian President Vladimir Putin has bundled U-turns and lies together, making it hard to distinguish between evasion and fiction, and weaponizing the toxic mix to blackmail, divide and bewilder his foes. In recent days, Russia has pulled out of the Black Sea grain deal, then gone back into it, and issued bloodcurdling threats of nuclear attack before reversing course to endorse the language of non-proliferation. This week, Putin ordered his forces to retreat from Kherson only weeks after declaring that the city would-be part of Russia “forever.”...

The chief of the Anglesey Druid Order, Kristoffer Hughes, is giving the sermon at a service of thanksgiving in St Asaph’s Cathedral on 13 November, for those who have donated their organ and body tissues to help others survive. He told a Religion Media Centre briefing that the Anglican clergy wanted the service to be multifaith and to include the indigenous spiritual tradition of Wales. He had seen a resurgence of interest in the spirituality connected with the ancient order of Druids, which accompanied increased observances of folk festivals and a rise in the number of people learning Welsh. He...

Public coming-outs, that is, statements publicly celebrating one's homosexuality or transgenderism, are now being recognized as propaganda actions, and the bill to ban homosexual propaganda will partly return the idea of private life in society, which includes sexual behavior, said Vladimir Legoyda, Chairman of the Synodal Department of the Moscow Patriarchate for the Relations of the Church with Society. In October, the State Duma adopted in the first reading bills banning LGBT propaganda, as well as fines for it. The Russian Orthodox Church supported this legislative initiative. Taylor Sheridan, creator of "Yellowstone," is responding to critics who suggest the series is "anti-woke." "They refer to it as ‘the conservative show’…‘the Republican show’ or ‘the red-state ‘Game of Thrones,’ " Sheridan said during an interview with The Atlantic. "And I just sit back laughing. I’m like, ‘Really?’ The show’s talking about the displacement of Native Americans and the way Native American women were treated…about corporate greed…the gentrification of the West, and land-grabbing. That’s a red-state show?"

When it comes to corruption, there is no honor among thieves. The American public has been polled about the 2020 election and only 25% were willing to express confidence that it was “fair and honest.” That means the remaining 75% feel it was stolen, had no opinion, or were unwilling to respond. The current election is looking even more corrupt, if that's possible. At this moment, there are fences and barricades around the election counting offices in Maricopa County, Arizona along with sheriff's deputies on the roof. What are they afraid of? What are they hiding? The Gateway Pundit has...

A maths teacher and boarding school housemaster has been struck off for life for having sex with a former female pupil after 'grooming' her for a sexual relationship while she was at school. Democrats defied historical trends and defeated several candidates backed by former President Donald Trump to keep control of the Senate, providing enormous relief for President Joe Biden. *** "Thank you, Nevada!" Cortez Masto said in a tweet Saturday evening after its two most populous counties, Clark and Washoe, finished counting mail-in ballots. Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona won his re-election contest in Arizona, NBC News projected Friday evening, directing all eyes to Nevada. Both Laxalt and Masters were endorsed by Trump and promoted his false claims about the presidential race he lost. Laxalt has said the 2020 election was...

LAS VEGAS — Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, the first Latina elected to the Senate, will hold onto her seat in Nevada after enduring a bruising campaign against Republican Adam Laxalt, who fell short of ousting the Democrat despite severe midterm headwinds, NBC News projects. The outcome follows days of protracted mail-in ballot counting, with the results resting largely with the state’s most populous county, Clark County, which posted updates once a day since Tuesday. A race long predicted to be within the margin of error was indeed close through the end. Latino voters here helped power the results after both...

This old-timer has a libido bigger than his bank account. A former Wilhelmina model claims her on-again-off-again octogenarian beau persuaded her to ditch her career, rent-stabilized Chelsea apartment, and move into his sprawling Rye home — where he sometimes demanded sex a staggering 10 times a day, according to a Manhattan Supreme Court suit. Janet Bedin, 68, claims Vito Verni, 84, pulled an emotional bait-and-switch between the beginning of 2019 and end of 2021 “when they lived together as a couple” in the 5,000-square-foot Westchester manse, the suit says. Bedin is now suing Verni for $80 million, charging a laundry...
