October 10, 2022: Shares in PayPal are off more than 6% in early Monday trading after a massive internet campaign to cancel accounts went viral in response to the company's now-reversed policy that would fine users $2,500 if they were to allegedly promote "misinformation" or "hate." The company backpedaled on the line in their user agreement, which stated that for each violation, PayPal says users are subject to repercussions. Those include “liquated damages” of $2,500 per violation - with the money being taken directly from a person’s PayPal account. Users were directed to PayPal’s user agreement, which states in part...

Democrats will need psychiatric therapy in January because we can call this race right now. Republicans will retake the House of Representatives in the 2022 midterms—Democrats only had a four-seat majority heading into this current session of Congress. With Joe Biden’s atrocious approval ratings, an economic recession, rising crime, and high inflation—Democrats face a red tsunami. Yes, even some Senate races that looked unreachable look winnable by the day as the Biden agenda continues to hammer American families. Also, Nancy Pelosi has a shoddy record of being an election prognosticator—it’s heinous, actually. But the endless prescriptions written for Democrats for...

Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters (R) torched current Senator Mark Kelly (D) over his handling of the ongoing crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border as the state continues to feel the first effects of an open border. Kelly stated during the debate last week his attention to the major problem has been there since day one. The Yuma Sector is one of the leading sectors when it comes to the number of encounters Border Patrol has with illegal immigrants. The Tucson Sector experiences a large number of illegal immigrants who are able to avoid apprehension from law enforcement. "I've been focused...

The following is the "opening Ode" that has been sung by the Knights of Columbus Catholic men's fraternal organization at the start of every meeting right before the Pledge of Allegiance: (sung to the tune of "O Tannenbaum") Sing ye his praises loud and long, And let the unenlightened know, In every echo of your song, The great deeds done, tho’ long ago By Columbus of the valiant soul, Who first old Neptune has controlled, Despite of envy, intrigue, gold, In the dim past of long ago With vessels three o’er stormy sea, He thrilled the world of long ago,...

After losing his first and only other special counsel trial, John Durham's next, and perhaps final, major test begins this week against Igor Danchenko. The Russian-born lawyer, who was British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s alleged main source for his discredited dossier, was charged last year with five counts of making false statements to the FBI, which Durham said he made about the information he provided to the former MI6 agent. Jury selection starts Tuesday. The 2021 indictment said Danchenko anonymously sourced a fabricated claim about Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort to longtime Hillary Clinton ally Chuck Dolan, who spent years, including...

The arrival of 17,000 illegal immigrants bused to New York City from Texas prompted Mayor Eric Adams (D) to declare a state of emergency. "We simply cannot handle such a flood of indigents seeking to sponge off of our welfare system," Adams asserted. "It is simply not fair for Gov. Abbott (R) to inflict this calamity upon us. These people should stay in Texas where they belong." While Abbott has initiated the busing of around 3,000 illegal migrants to New York City, El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser (D) has sent about 7,000 illegal immigrants to NYC. Lesser contends that "our...

"We recommend that Polish citizens staying on the territory of the Republic of Belarus leave its territory with available commercial and private means," the government said in guidance for travellers published on its website.

Twitter lit up with support for Jennifer-Ruth Green, the GOP midterm candidate running to unseat Democrat Rep. Frank Mrvan, D-Ind in Indiana's First Congressional District, after Politico outed her as a victim of sexual assault. Adam Wren, a correspondent for Politico, wrote a wide-ranging profile of Green last week that included revelations obtained from Green's military records that she was a victim of a sexual assault while serving in Iraq as a member of the U.S. Air Force. Despite several pleas from Green not to publish the previously undisclosed details of the assault, Politico moved forward with publication. *** According...

If you thought Joe Biden’s attempt to jawbone gasoline station owners into lowering prices was stupid, make way for the king of dunces, California Governor Gavin Newsom. Californians pay the highest prices for gasoline in the country, well over $6 a gallon almost everywhere. Even Hawaii with no oil production, totally dependent on oil shipped in, now has cheaper gasoline than California. Governor Gavin Newsom is on the ballot for re-election and wants to be taken seriously as a 2024 residential contender, so he evidently feels the need to address his constituents’ highest-in-the-nation level of pain at the pump. But...
