John Durham wants to use internal instant messages from an FBI analyst embroiled in the Hunter Biden saga in his trial against Christopher Steele’s main dossier source, Igor Danchenko. Danchenko, a Russian-born, U.S.-based lawyer, was charged by Durham last year with five counts tied to alleged lies he told the bureau about the Trump dossier, and he has pleaded not guilty. His lawyers revealed Thursday some of what Durham plans to use in the October trial, including Microsoft Lync chats from a bureau analyst who interviewed the Russian national in 2017 and went on to get mixed up in the...

MARTHA'S VINEYARD, MA — In the wake of the arrival of scores of migrants on the island, Barack & Michelle Obama gave orders to their staff to immediately begin construction of new cages to house the influx of foreign nationals at their luxurious Matha's Vineyard estate. "It's a tried and true method that we've had success with in the past," President Obama was overheard telling the construction crew. "We want to make these incoming migrants feel just as welcome as the hundreds of thousands of migrants crossing the southern border, which means they will be kept in cages built by...

One of the stunning facts of the age is the continued prominence of Donald Trump. His candidates did well in the GOP primaries this year. He won more votes in 2020 than he did in 2016. His favorability ratings within his party have been high and basically unchanged since late 2016. In a range of polls, some have actually shown Trump leading President Joe Biden in a race for reelection in 2024. His prominence is astounding because over the past seven years the American establishment has spent enormous amounts of energy trying to discredit him. Those of us in this...

“Trump could kill 50 on our side and it wouldn’t matter,” Graham flatly told journalists Susan Glasser and Peter Baker, they recount in “The Divider: Trump in the White House, 2017-2021,” an advance copy of which was obtained by The Independent. Graham reportedly offered the updated assessment in 2019 “less than 48 hours” after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) announced an impeachment inquiry into Trump’s strong-arming phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, according to the account of the new book. In the call, Trump appeared to hold back a U.S. arms delivery that had been approved by Congress unless...

This week Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez thanked the residents of Martha’s Vineyard for showing everybody “what the best of America looks like.” Then about 24 hours after illegal immigrants arrived from Florida, they were then sent off the island to a military base at Cape Cod to face possible deportation. Sen. Ted Cruz noticed it this way: And with that, Cruz shared a sign that should now greet people arriving on the Vineyard:

LANSING, Mich. (CNS) — In a Sept. 8 order, the Supreme Court in Michigan said voters will decide in the upcoming November elections if a woman’s right to an abortion can be part of the Michigan Constitution. If voters approve the abortion amendment, they would strike down a state’s 1931 law that makes it a crime to perform most abortions. That law was suspended in May and a judge in September said the law was unconstitutional. The Michigan Catholic Conference, public policy arm of the state’s Catholic bishops, urged voters to vote against the proposal in November. “We are committed...

The man told doctors who treated him that he could still urinate, but it had become uncomfortable to do so. Surgeons chose to remove the ring using an electric grinder, which are often relied on to cut through metal. Doctors able to pull the ring off after it was broken, releasing the man's member. Cutting metal creates heat, so the man’s penis had to be sprayed with 'continuous saline injection' to cool it down during the procedure. Medics also inserted a metal plate between the ring and penile skin to prevent burn or pressure injury. Writing in the journal, doctors...

‘All Americans are entitled to due process, with a fair hearing before an unbiased tribunal. The Kleins never received that,’ said Stephanie Taub, Senior Counsel for First Liberty.GRESHAM, Oregon (LifeSiteNews) — The Christian bakers who were slammed with fines and ultimately lost their business after they refused to bake a cake for a gay “wedding” are once more bringing their case before the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing the state violated their due process and First Amendment rights. The Supreme Court had previously reviewed the case in 2019 before remanding it to a lower court. Attorneys with the public interest law...

The group Courage is a Habit is making waves. Alvin Lui, founder of the movement to educate parents on the threats to children from woke cultists, bought a ticket to the American School Counselor Association conference this year and recorded the whole thing. And it’s a good thing he did. (skip) Despite Stone’s repeated insistence that ASCA is not indoctrinating children, the evidence from their own materials is clear. They are doing it, they know you don’t like it, they are trying to hide it, and they’ll lie to your face if confronted about it.

During a portion of an interview aired on Friday’s “NBC Nightly News,” California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) argued that even though a sizable percentage of the electric grid is powered by natural gas, the grid is “ready to make the change” to a 100% green energy grid and “needs to advance that change with much more urgency,” which California is doing. NBC News Correspondent Cal Perry asked, “A large percentage of the grid is still coming from natural gas. It’s over 35%. Is the grid ready to make that change to green?”

MSNBC host Al Sharpton said Friday on “Deadline” that Govs. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and Gregg Abbott (R-TX) sending migrants to several cities, including Chicago, Washington D.C., New York City, and Martha’s Vineyard is using the tactics of segregationists in the early 1960s. Sharpton said, “This is as morally despicable as you can get. And I think that is an element of this that is racially tinged. It is not lost on a lot of us that they send them to Washington, D.C., to Mayor Bowser, to Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, Eric Adams in New York City, all black mayors, and...
