PALM BEACH, FL — Federal agents left empty-handed following a raid on Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate. Sources say Trump cleverly hid his cache of classified documents in plain sight by labeling them "Epstein's Client List." "Hmm. Nothing to see here!" said Special Agent Cornelius Weatherdowel as he took note of the label on the suspicious-looking cache of files. "Almost thought these might be highly incriminating but I guess it's nothing!" "In fact, I don't see anything. What files?" Agents shouted that the room was clear and promptly evacuated the building.

The best coleslaw I’ve ever had is Dolly Parton’s. Okay, Dolly has never personally made me coleslaw or been a guest at any potlucks I’ve attended. But her method for the popular cookout side—which appears in the book Dollywood Presents Tennessee Mountain Home Cooking—is truly spectacular. The book was published in 1989, and is authored by “the Dollywood Family,” employees at the Dollywood theme park. It’s filled with photos of young Dolly and classic Southern recipes, including chicken and dumplings, apple stack cake, and banana pudding, with credits to the employees the recipes came from. While there isn’t much text,...

A pilot Twitter program for platform users to identify “misleading” information surprisingly dinged President Joe Biden’s press secretary for gaslighting people on inflation. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre bleated in a tweet Wednesday that “[w]e just received news that our economy had 0% inflation in July. While the price of some things went up, the price of others, like gas, clothing, and more, dropped.” Three notes from users who joined Twitter’s pilot – known as Birdwatch – all went after Pierre for her apparent deception. One note, which was rated “helpful” and tagged to Pierre’s tweet on the actual...

A powerful Dutch banking executive signaled support for personal carbon wallets that would give citizens — and perhaps even a government regulator — the ability to track carbon emissions on a micro scale. Is this an early look at what the U.S. has in store if it doesn’t stop woke environmental, social and governance policies?

Prices charged by U.S. businesses were up 9.8 percent in July compared with a year ago, the smallest 12-month gain this year. The Department of Labor said Tuesday that its Producer Price Index for final demand fell 0.5 percent in July compared with a month earlier, largely because gasoline and oil prices fell. This was the first month-to-month decline in more than two years. Economists had expected an annual rise of 10.3 percent and a monthly increase of 0.3 percent. Last month, the Producer Price Index was up 11.3 percent compared with June of 2021 and 1.1 percent compared with...

Mulvaney speculated on CNN that likely only about 6-8 people would have information about Trump's safe. Former White House chief of staff for the Trump administration Mick Mulvaney said Thursday that he was not aware there was a safe at Mar-a-Lago. His comments followed the raid earlier this week of the former president's Florida home. On CNN's "New Day," Mulvaney said that only someone "really close" to Trump would have known there was a safe on the Florida estate. "I didn't even know there was a safe at Mar-a-Lago, and I was the chief of staff for 15 months," he...

Many of our intellectual problems and difficult questions can be pleasantly and reassuringly stored here: "The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and our children forever." Deuteronomy 29:29 And . . . Regarding some questions the Lord Jesus said: "It is not for you to know." Acts 1:7 And . . . Not even the great Apostle Paul had all the answers: "Now I know in part" __Paul 1 Corinthians 13:12 We will get the answers to our difficult questions when we get home to Heaven. Meanwhile we wait patiently and...

Twitter is both reviving and improving its election misinformation strategy ahead of the 2022 US midterms. The social network has reactivated enforcement of its Civic Integrity Policy to prepare for the vote, and there are a handful of upgrades in store this year. To begin, it will avoid recommending misleading tweets through notifications — falsehoods might not spread as much as in the past. The company is considering this approach for "other surfaces," too. You should also see redesigned fact-check labels that are better at prompting people to read. Twitter first tested these labels in late 2021.Other efforts will be...

"We have seen a lot of changes since the globalist left decided to release communist China’s Covid on us all in late 2019 as part of the ultimate power grab (not just in the USA but everywhere at the same time). Some people are still in denial that it has actually happened, so we’ve put together a quick method to prove it to those who either really don’t know or who simply pretend to not know that they are communists (or are supporting communism). If you think it is normal for the price of gasoline to rise from $1.68 right...

Trump’s Florida home, Mar-a-Lago, exposes some long-anticipated details about the country’s top law enforcement agency that show the FBI is a danger to freedom and liberty. Reports from Wednesday set the tone for exposing the FBI’s real motives for the raid on Trump, reminding readers about Trump’s declassification of a binder of documents on January 19th, 2021, which contains hundreds of pages about the Crossfire Hurricane scandal and the Russia hoax. Two different DOJ Attorney Generals have defied President Trump’s...

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison claims Florida’s new law preventing teacher discussions of gender ideology and sexuality with young children is “extreme” and “discriminatory” toward “LGBTQ+ students.” A Thursday press release from the attorney general’s office reported that Ellison and 16 other attorneys general around the United States have filed a joint amicus brief challenging Florida’s Parental Rights in Education law, which has been derogatorily labeled the “Don’t Say Gay” law. The amicus brief supports the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the Florida State Board of Education that claims the Parental Rights in Education law is “harmful” and “unconstitutional.” Florida’s...

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) appeared to run away from a reporter’s question about her staff members’ involvement in changing state election law, as seen in a video released by Project Veritas. Project Veritas press secretary R.C. Maxwell questioned Murkowski outside of an Americans for Prosperity event after Project Veritas reportedly revealed that several of Murkowski’s former staffers pushed for Alaska’s Ballot Measure 2 to secure Murkowski’s reelection. In 2020, Alaska voters approved Ballot Measure 2 by a margin of roughly 4,000 votes. That ballot measure ended the two-party primary system for Alaskan elections. Now, Alaska will hold ranked choice voting,...
