Clearly this is not possible. NYC has very strict gun control laws. That therefore means there can’t be any guns around in the city.

What I noticed is that the intended victim crossed the street as the teens approached and started firing. That proves that the intended victim is a racist.

What we need are more red flag laws. And make it illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to possess a handgun.

And make it illegal to shoot at people except in cases of self defense.

Those common sense gun control laws would have prevented this from happening.

Disturbing? Not to them or to other Democrats in New York City because this is a regular occurrence and such criminals are kept out of prison despite being caught.

The Democrats welcome this to use as justification to try to take away others' inalienable right to keep and bear arms.

If you go frame by frame on the YouTube video, a puff of smoke comes from the victim between :04 and :05 seconds. His arm comes up earlier, but disappears in the blotting before the smoke. I can't tell if he is shooting back or something on his person got hit and caused the smoke.
