A police officer in the Russian-occupied city of Kherson was killed on Wednesday by an explosive device planted by the Ukrainian "resistance movement" and another one was injured, Ukraine's defence ministry said. I am curious about the legislative veto process. As it is now, if a bill passes the House it goes to the Senate. If it passes the Senate, it then goes to the President for his signature.
